Hotel was clean, staff were friendly. We ate in the bar and food was ok. My milk with my Americano had been sitting for a while and had black bits in it. My kids fork was dirty and when I asked to get a new one the response was poor. I got looked like like I asked for gold! Anyway we got our clean fork and all was ok. Rooms were great and clean and quiet at night. Overall ok stay. Location is great.

Really nice staff, easy check in and good breakfast! Spa was also lovely and leisure facilities well worth a journey. Only issue was that it was not really set up for a spa day - no robes on arrival or any welcome to the spa. Nowhere to eat in your robes so you have to get dressed for lunch in between pool and spa.

Smooth check in. Room was good size, much better than expected. Water, coffee etc all you need in there. Facilities were good, used the pool very clean and changing area good. Breakfast was good, so much choice.
