Stay was fine. Very expensive for what is a pretty basic hotel - small room no robes slippers bed was fine but not amazing noise from other rooms/corridors was quite loud (doors being opened by neighbors sounds like your door being opened) tiny windows so dark room etc. Maybe stay if you get a good deal but definitely not worth the price. Stayed in deluxe city view room

Great room for one person. There was a pillar in the middle of the room so getting out of one side of the bed was easier than the other. Didn't always have hot water in the bathroom sink (mentioned to reception) and the fridge didn't get cold (even with using the temperature dial). Location great, staff wonderful. I would definitely stay there again.

Lovely spacious room, I always grade a good hotel on two things a comfy bed and a good shower and this one was excellent in both categories. Breakfast was really good, plenty of options to choice from and a menu where food is made fresh. Location is great right near train station. i would certainly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Manchester City Centre

Hotel is in a great location, decor smart & room was very nice. Only negative on room was the bed was squeezed into a small space by the window so a little difficult to get round the bottom of the bed if sleeping on the far side. Would politely say if you were of a larger physique it would be near impossible. The problem we had was with the breakfast as they had run out of tables to sit people so we were put in the bar on very low chairs & table so was uncomfortable to bend over & eat my breakfast. My wife also attempted to get a coffee 3 times nut they had run out of clean cups on 2 occasions & on the 3rd the milk had run out. Polite staff but not enough of them. The reason we were given for the seating was that everyone had turned up at the same time? We went down to breakfast at 10 on a Sunday, not really rocket science to work out that on a Sunday everyone would get up later. Surely you should have enough tables to sit people & enough staff to cope with the influx of people. Needs sorting out

The Reach is very handy for Manchester Piccadilly Station and for Manchester City Centre. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel was in a good state of repair and the room and communal areas were clean and seemed well cared for.
