It was ok, but we didn’t feel like 5* guests. The room cleaning was adhoc at best, and there was a lot of noise outside at night. The toilet dripped all night. Even Premier Inn includes a couple biscuits in the room you can have with a cuppa, but sadly nothing. We wouldn’t rush back.

The check in was functional but not warm and inviting like you’d expect in a hotel of this quality. The room was nice but the single bottle of complimentary water was obviously opened half drunk and leftover from the previous occupant - when I highlighted this to the reception desk they did absolutely nothing about it for my entire stay. The breakfast was tasty but the area cramped and a supervisor was berating his staff in front of clients ; staff were bickering in earshot of clients; one staff member called a client a liar within earshot of other clients. Unbelievable. The worst Radisson I’ve ever stayed in for sure.
