This hotel is excellent - from its central location, to the rooms and staff - all top drawer! I'm a Platinum member of Carlson, and very fortunate to have enough points to stay here for nothing! That said, the experience was great - from start to finish. Highly recommended. Tip - get breakfast as room service (we did on Sunday) - AMAZING !

I stayed with Radisson Blu one business and loved the whole experience. From the beautiful decor in the bar and the welcoming reception entrance through to the comfortable and warming rooms, this hotel experience was a memorable one. My highlights are the practicality of having the walk-through wardrobe/sink as you enter the en-suites, the fantastic Spa amenities and the fantastic staff that open the front doors before you reach them.

I dont think I've ever been to a hotel as kind and welcoming as this. From the moment we set foot in the building the staff were kind and attentive and were happy to do whatever was asked of them to ensure our stay was perfect. The room was fantastic, the food was brilliant and the spa was exactly what me and my girlfriend needed to unwind. The location is ideal too, with various restaurants and bars available, as well as being just a stone's throw away from the theatres in the centre of Manchester. I cannot recommend this place enough, a treat you wont regret taking!

We stayed for three nights on visit to Manchester to see Manchester United play and explore the city. Enough said about the football game, they lost to the bottom team and it was awful. Fortunately the RB is a very comfortable hotel in a perfect location to explore the city. Rooms are a good size, well appointed, very comfortable beds, quality linen and towels. good breakfast was included in our rate. Super fast free internet. We were particularly impressed by the concierge staff who answered all our questions (even the silly ones) with ease and good humor. We want to mention jimmy who was incredibly helpful and while we didn't get all their names all the staff were great.

Great stay! Stayed here for four nights in a business class room on the 11th floor overlooking the centre of Manchester. Room had everything you would expect from a five star and more. Hotel has a good gym and a relaxing spa. Breakfast is very good quality, buffet style or ala carte, eggs Benedict particularly good. Very friendly helpful staff that can't do enough to help you. Hotel is in a good location for night life and good restaurants nearby. Very good value for the quality of hotel and service. I am looking forward to returning.

Had a lovely stay. Always a friendly, helpful and attentive staff who go the extra mile to welcome us and look after us. It was for a friends birthday and everyone made a fuss and helped make the evening special. Thanks to both Myen and Maria (Front of house) for their warmth and kindness, to concierge Jo, for help with all sorts and to Anna, our Breakfast host who was just fab. Already booked again for Saturday night in May and can’t wait. Thanks all. Di.

Stayed here over a weekend. Location is superb. The staff are super friendly and very very obliging. Steve at the concierge is the most charming and helpful young man. Who goes above and beyond and made our stay most pleasurable. Highly recommend this hotel to anybody who wants friendly, caring and obliging service.

My couple and I went to Manchester to spend the long weekend and we were so happy to have booked this hotel. The service was amazing from start to finish and we were thrilled with the Spa facilities. The check in experience was impecable thanks to Grace and Myen as well as the attention that Barnaby gave us. Would recommend this hotel without a doubt.

My husband and I went to Manchester for first time and it was marvellous. The service in the hotel was phenomenal since we arrived, we were welcomed by Barnaby who gave us a full explanation about the area and where to go, eat etc... the receptionist was very kind Grace I think her name is, later that day we went to a lovely pub Revolución Cubana 🇨🇺 where the atmosphere was like being in Cuba... the restaurant is proper to the place and drinks 😉 - we did some pub crawl- Next morning the breakfast in the hotel was awesome 👏🏽 we did enjoy it very much, they have plenty of variety... as we had second reservation Myen was very professional and nice in gave us in the same room, which was beautiful with a gorgeous view 😍 to Manchester Town Hall... We really appreciate that all the staff in the hotel made us feel very special as we went basically to celebrate my husband’s birthday 🎂 Thank you very much to all and Maria Guest Relations!

We would just like to thank the staff at The Radisson Edwardian Manchester for a lovely stay last night. Our room was very comfortable, meal at Steak and Lobster delicious and Breakfast excellent. As a Travel Agent I will recommend this hotel to everyone. Special thanks to Barnaby who assisted us with luggage into a taxi and finished off our stay perfectly.
