Clean, decent hotel. Smaller than Holiday Inn Manchester but comfortable. Breakfast was good. Easy to catch a bus to the city centre (Piccadilly Gardens). They could have informed me that they request a £50 deposit though (I was paying with cash).

This hotel offers good clean rooms at a really affordable price, the staff are Friendly and it is in a good location for the centre and the arena. There are lots of local bars and restaurants in the cantre

Booked to stay one night whilst attending Arenacross. 8min walk from victoria station and arena. Close to printworks happy medium for me being close to arndale an printworks (5min walk). Twin room booked, ready upon arrival clean tidy an nicely laid out. Looked fresh with clean an adequate shower room. Beds really comfy. Staff polite an friendly Bar area open till 2am but didn’t visit as loads on doorstep 8min walk away you have, Nandos, hardrock, walkabout, prezzo, chiquitos an more bars plus Arndale shopping mall. Will definitely be back

Arrived early expecting to leave our baggage to return later but room was available, Was checked in by very polite professional staff, also offered choice of rooms on different levels which was unexpected. Room clean and comfortable absolutely nothing you could find fault with. Had an odd drink in the bar area, nice beer and pleasant environment. Breakfast in the morning was a bonus with a varied choice of quality food, staff a little to efficient as our table was cleared while going for toast! Would recommend this hotel to anyone for a few days stay in Manchester.

The rooms were surprisingly good quality (more like a Raddison) and the staff are great (very Mancunian and helpful). The location is great too. Just watch your personal safety on Oxford Road where the hotel is located, it’s busy and ‘colourful’ with random street folk and some aggressive begging

Very enjoyable stay, for business purposes. The hotel room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were pleasant. It’s proximity to the city centre is fantastic!! I would definitely stay here again, although I wasn’t overly impressed with the breakfast - it was just *ok*, but other than that it’s worth a stay!

Stayed three nights here in early December we had a nice quiet clean room on the top floor, a morning buffet breakfast was included in the price which we found quite satisfactory . All the staff were friendly and helpful . We walked to the hotel from Piccadilly Station which took us about 15 minutes. The hotel is central for the Arndale shopping centre the arena and the Christmas markets when we visited Would stay here again if we visit Manchester .

Hotel was modern clean & tidy, staff friendly & helpful, complimentary breakfast was good with variety of cereal, juices, breads & fry. Location was as good as any with a short 5 minute walk to the popular Piccadilly Gardens were there was shops & restaurants and stops for trams & buses. Would thoroughly recommend

Nice clean room. Modern and spacious. Comfortable bed with nice pillows.. Tea coffee facilities in the room. Could not fault the room! Only downside was breakfast which was included but only warm could do with being hotter. So I give rating of 4 for the room and 3 for b'fast
