I spent there just one night, beautiful hotel, all brand new and super design. The staff at the check in was very nice and helpful, assisting us with change of rooming. Bed was very confortable, room and hotel very clean. Super good breakfast. Great location as well.
Second stay here in the space of ten days. Generally a good option, clean, comfortable and staff mainly friendly. However, as a business traveller often away from home for a week or more at a time, an iron and ironing board is a must. Unfortunately, both times there have been non available. Tonight, I’m sixth on an iron waiting list so I’m not hopeful!! If you have such a thing as an iron waiting list then surely you know you have an issue. Almost every other Express I’ve stayed in have them in the rooms. For this reason alone I’ll now be staying elsewhere in Manchester .. a shame as I’ll be here at least two nights a week for the next year or so
Convenient location for all areas of Manchester on this visit we used the hotel to travel to the Etihad stadium to see Taylor Swift. The tram stop at Shudehill is a useful one to use. The room was clean and quiet at night for a city centre location, the view is excellent from the top floor. Breakfast was simple but had a selection for everyone. The area is rather small in this hotel compared to other holiday inn's we've stayed in. The only downside was at the busiest time at breakfast one of the lights was out for servicing. We'll be using this hotel again for Manchester Arena in October for U2.
This hotel was good, the breakfast was nice, the bed was comfy and the staff were helpful. They provided us with an iron when we asked. There tea and coffee facilities in the room too. It was in a good central location literally like 5 minutes from the centre. There was a hair in the shower that didn’t belong to either of us but apart from that we had no issues.
This is very Cheap, And the rooms are really clean and the beds were so comfy. I wish to stay again.Great location for the city centre. Rooms where large & very tidy & staff where lovely. The rooms are modern and clean.
Great place to stay. Could not fault this place. Staff and rooms very welcoming. Bar area nice and roomy with large windows to watch Manchester. Breakfast was a little disappointing but should not expect too much for the price.
Well located hotel with nice, modern and clean rooms. Good sized room also with big shower. Found the hotel quiet. Breakfast was no frills, not great quality meat and dry. Can’t go wrong though for £70 in central manchester on a bank holiday. Wouldn’t pay more though. Parking £15 at print works car park.
Money Stolen from room Reported over an hour ago and a manager has not got back to me Police informed My daughter is at the airport heartbroken Spoilt her start to holiday with boyfriend What a bummer
Handy for the city with a small supermarket next to it. Parking is very handy in Lots of car parks. Facilities are basic as is the breakfasts. The dining area/ bar is very uncomfortable. A few.decent seats wouldn't go wrong.
I like the location of the hotel because it’s situated smack centre of the city and within walking distance to most of the city major attractions. There’s also a spar supermarket next door which is open 24 hours. The staff are friendly and pleasant to speak with. WiFi is free and the speed is ok. Rooms are clean, spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The shower is spacious and clean. Breakfast was ok and lots of choices to choose from.
