I stayed for 11 days... had to move rooms once but that was an electrical issue .. Perfect location....staff was so nice and friendly... breakfast was excellent.. always had coffee available.

The hotel's location met our needs perfectly. It is at least l0 years old, but feels as if it was built six months ago. Some folks will enjoy the almost full English breakfast, though I don't recall any grilled tomato. Lack of a gym, swimming pool, etc., is no issue for guests who don't use them to begin with. Courtesy and professionalism of staff was off the charts.
The location was ideal if you want walkable access to the University. Wifi was reliable. The hotel has free breakfast, but no other food offerings - there is access to a 24/7 "Quick Mart" right next door. The room is comfortable - a bit noisy. The staff is very accommodating and pleasant. They are strict about check in times, but there is a waiting area if your flight comes in early. For a short stay, this was a great find.
It was excellent. Never been to Manchedter before, the staff quickly pointed out the nearest restaurants and sights. Most surprise was how good the breakfast was; so much more than beans and toast. Loved my stay
