We had the property for one night only so just a sleeping reqmt. but very clean and arrangements were managed well with vendor. It was ideally placed for our visit to Etihad stadium, 45 minute walk. Off road parking advantage, also very good value most hotels were charging twice as much per couple. Would use it again if in same area
