Lovely hotel, clean, staff couldn’t do enough to make your stay memorable. Room bed pillows excellent bathroom was new, clean but very tiny. Food was excellent and tasted as it should.

Superb newly opened hotel

Fabulous new all inclusive hotel with beautiful gardens and a large pool with plenty of comfortable sun beds and parasols. The quality of food and variety was exceptional, everything was perfectly cooked and beautifully presented and deserves a Michelin star. Great choice of drinks included in the all inclusive programme served throughout the day. The rooms were super, with a large mini bar, which was complimentary restocked daily by the maids, tea and coffee was also provided. Beds and pillows were so comfortable, great powerful showers and a nice balcony. Visited the hotel’s spa facility to be pampered which was lovely and relaxing. It’s only a few minutes walk to the Hotel’s exclusive beach with sun beds and parasols, hot and cold drinks are provided. The hotel is located in a nice quiet area but still close to a large number of shops etc. Side old town is about 40 minutes walk along the promenade or you can catch the regular cheap dolmus. Best of all are the smiling hotel staff were wonderfully welcoming and kind, always attentive to your every need but not intrusive, they made our holiday perfect, so much so that we extended our stay by another three nights and only wished it could have been more. The Allessia is an awesome hotel that I’d definitely award five stars and can’t wait to return.

Das Hotel wurde neu eröffnet nach grosser Renovierung. Hotelzimmer war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Personal am Empfang sehr freundlich wie auch in der Bar/ Buffet waren sie sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Zum Strand sind es etwa 5 Gehminuten, wo man Schirm und Liegestühle inkl. Hat - das Personal am Strand bringt regelmässig Wasser nach Wunsch gibts auch Kaffee (inbegriffen bei all inclusiv). Strand war sauber. Wir waren zwei Tage dort und waren grösstenteils zufrieden, nur teilten wir mit dass es gut wäre wenn sie Menüs anschreiben würden (so muss man nicht alles öffnen und schauen was es zu essen git) - dies wird noch angepasst. An unserem 1. Tag gab es kein Nachtsnack obwohl es auf der Liste stand - die Leitung dort hat es direkt dann am nächsten Tag mit dem Küchenchef angeschaut welche sie dann an diesem Abend bzw Nacht umgesetzt haben. Aufgrund der neueröffnung fehlen solche Sachen noch was normal ist. Es war gut 😚
