Stayed here one night after an Amazon cruise.......arrived at 10:00 a.m. and they gave us a room to relax in while our room was cleaned. Customer service doesn't really exist in Brazil, but it does at the Holiday Inn Manaus!!!! We were sincerely impressed with the service we received at this hotel. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!

Recent trip to Manaus.. Hotel was recommended by local team. Felt safe with the security and the location. Breakfast was so, so, but expectation was low with this being my first visit to location, Room was clean it's little adjustment to climate control of air conditioning. Good shower, friendly and helpful staff.. I rate a decent value for the first time traveler

I always stay at this hotel when I visit Manaus. This hotel is away from down town but has few shopping malls around (one is next to the hotel). Located very close to Industrial area makes it convenient for business travelers like me. The food is good & staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean & tidy. It's usual that many staff members do not speak good English but they are willing to understand & help you in best way they can. Of Course, the reception staff is well trained in English communication. City view from the higher floors is very nice.

The front desk people is friendly and professional (Julio, Erika and the rest of the team), the rooms are clean and well maintained. The restaurant is great and they are open to customize your dishes. Food is well prepared and in short time. When you com in after a long day of work or visiting the city Jonathan is always ready to help to open the car door or the hotel door or help with the bags. They treat you as family.

We stayed here for the night before we went on an Amazon cruise. We arrived at midnight and were a little apprehensive about travelling by taxi, unfortunately the hotel don't arrange transport. We pre-paid for a taxi in the arrival hall which we had done in Rio. The journey to the hotel took about 30 mins with no traffic. Cost R88.00. Check in was quick and we were given room 1001. The rooms are very big as are the bathroom with a bath and shower. There is tea and coffee facilities. The floors are all tiled so does feel a bit cold, would be nice to at least have a rug by the bed. We had breakfast which is the standard Holiday Inn buffet and nothing special. We took a taxi from here to the Tropical Manaus EcoResort where we picked up our cruise, journey cost around R30 and only took 25 minutes. For what we need this hotel was perfect though in hindisight with all the travelling we needed to do I should have booked the night at the Ecoresort but read so many bad reviews of the place the Holiday Inn seemed a better option.

I love Holiday In hotel franchising. There are comfortable rooms with large beds inside. You can have your own coffee because there is a coffee maker inside or make a tea (up to u). There is also an iron for your clothes. The breakfast is good. There is Asian food and Brazilian one. Close to the hotel you can find a small mall with cinema, restaurant and others facilities. In the other way a supermarket. From here you can take bus to the Manaus Theatre and central area.

I stayed here for five nights. The first room did not have working lights in the restroom. The next night, after visiting the front desk, I moved to a room where the lights worked. The hotel is within walking distance of the Studio 5 shopping mall, which unfortunately appears to have lost some tenants. Fortunately, the Holiday Inn offers a free shuttle bus to and from the Manauara Shopping mall in the Adrianapolis section of the city. Keep in mind that the pick up and drop off allow for three hours of shopping and the shuttle is only available on certain days. The rooftop pool was also a nice amenity, although the pool bar never appeared to be staffed.

This hotel has a high quality of service not different from other H.Inn hotels. Very confortable beds and rooms. It is located - "Not that close" - from City Center but a taxi ride might not exceed R$30... I would come back, for sure!

Great stay, my second in 2016. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and the front desk always recognized me by name. The hotel restaurant is good and has a good selection. Nice to have a bar after a long day. Breakfast also has a good selection. The room was clean.
