NEW LISTING! Beachfront Villa

Our home is owner operated and we pay very close attention to all the details. This home is a Magnificent Villa on the Manasquan Beachfront. Three bedrooms sleeps six and two more on the pull out sofa sleeper if needed. We can also provide a blow-up queen mattress if needed. This is the top floor of a two family home. Soundproofed the floors when we built our home, first floor is owner occupied so guarantee no disturbance.. Heated bath towels, Marble Italian tiled and wood floors in all bedrooms. Spacious bedrooms. Trundle twin beds in two bedrooms plus a pullout sofa sleeper in living room. Our Living room and balcony deck overlooks the ocean.

Guest acknowledges that linens are not provided. Guests should bring sheets, pillow cases, blankets and towels.
Take Garbage and Recycling out upon checkout. Recycling must be separated as specified in online agreement. Cardboard stacked separately.
Cleaning checklist to be completed by guest upon checkout. Cleaning fee is not for us to clean up after you but to make it perfect for next guest

If this home is not available we have other rentals that will suit your budget or dates. Our other homes are on the beachfront as well and can sleep up to 6 to 8 people. Just send us an inquiry and we can discuss options.

Not worth it for the money!

There was NO communication with the host. I sent a message 2 days prior to arrival with NO response. My friend arrived first. She had no idea how to get in and luckily there was a for rent sign and phone number. She called no answer. Luckily the owners son came along to pick up the grandmother for dinner. The unit is upstairs so 3 floors to climb up to the unit! Rickety Wood stairs. The unit had NOT been cleaned. New employees did NOT clean the unit. Beds NOT stripped, food crumbs on the floor, counters looked greasy. Finally the regular housekeeper came and cleaned the unit! Lovely view! But too many tchotchkes in the apartment! Need to declutter and need to do some renovations. Need to dust the blinds and shelves. The commercial dishwasher is a pain! Washed dishes everyday by hand! Would not stay here again!

Ocean views galore

Spacious and comfy top floor of a 2 story home. Endless ocean views. Quiet neighborhood. Very family forward beach. 1 min walk to the beach. 5 min walk to the Manasquan inlet. Owner was super responsive to the few questions that I had. I would have no reservations renting this property again.

Fabulous view, right on the beach

You can see the ocean before you even enter the apartment from the back door. The balcony has amazing views, you're right on the beach. The apartment is lovely, roomy and clean. The owner is very nice and helpful.
