Was given a room, with a faulty balcony door, which wouldn't close. It caused severe damp and moisture to build up in the room due to the humidity. It was so bad that the bed sheets were damp, and condensation was dripping down the walls and mirrors. I asked for a new room, but they couldn't accommodate my request, as they were fully booked. Bed sheets were changed after my insistence, and door was subsequently fixed... but it was a massive inconvenience, considering my plan was to sleep after a long overnight flight. That's just poor maintenance, and a problem that should not have happened.

Great management but aging property.

Very good location, very good staff and mostly a great management who really looks after hotel clients. Unfortunately there is not much the management can do with the aging furniture and poor maintenance. However there is more could be done with cleanliness as there are serious hygiene issues that need to be addressed like dirty and spotted furniture along with bad doors due to either smoking or dampness. Mold was observed in the bathrooms and carpets are sticky when you walk barefoot. There is more to say but enough said already. The hotel staff and management did everything to make my stay pleasant and they really succeeded with that so thank you so much🙏

Staying at this property was absolutely fantastic! It was a true delight! The staff was beyond attentive. My room was impeccably clean and the attention to detail was excellent. The property was gorgeous and the view was great. The bed was incredibly comfortable. If you are coming to Bahrain, this Ramada property is a must!

Sadly housekeeping let it down. My dental retainers disappeared from the mug i left them in, i came back to the room after a long day of work and had no towels. I spent the rest of my stay with do not disturb on the door. Shame.
