Total cleaning and overhaul needed

We chose this place for a quick family weekend getaway. It says in the description it was for “Families “ and that it is a smoke free apartment building, which appealed to us. However when we entered our apartment it REEKED of cigarette smoke. After looking at other apartments available and finding them just as bad we decided to keep the original and opened all the windows. We also handed them they ashtray in the apartment and asked why it was in a “ smoke free” building? The beds need mattress pads because they are very hard! I liked the idea of this place but the furniture needs to be replaced and curtains need cleaning!

A decent place for a short stay..

Myself and a couple friends decided to stay at Haven for a bit of a respite. The room was clean and in good condition but smelled of smoke. The menues and corporate fliers were obviously well used and in bad condition. The room service menu had grease and old food inside. Internet was very slow even though high speed internet was advertised. It felt a little like a lower grade motel instead of a luxury apartment for rent. However the beds were comfortable and very clean. Room was very clean and didn’t have a lot of noise from any surrounding clubs. It was a good place to stay for a day but if you’re looking for something that’s got a few more in room amenities you may want to shop around. We didn’t make use of the pool or other items advertised so can’t place a review on those.

Hotel deserves a 1 star

very bad experience starting with our check in process. Checked into our room and the staff were still cleaning the room, which was not cleaned at all. Dust and left over food were under couches and rugs. Further, I booked through Expedia, and was under the impression that the rate is fixed. However, I was charged additional fees as they claimed to be city taxes-was not happy at all.

الموقع جيد وبعيد عن الزحام والسعر مقبول

الموقع بمنطقة الجفير موقع هادئ نوعاً ما وبطرف المنطقة منا يسهل الدخول والخروج يبعد عن مجمع الأفنيوز 5-7 دقائق بالسيارة -قريب جداً الأسعار مناسبة التعامل جيد الصالة وسيعة المطبخ مجهز بالأدوات وكل شيء جديد * تسجيل الدخول إستغرق قرابة النصف ساعة لعدم ظهور الحجز عند الفندق لزعمهم بتوقف التعامل مع الموقع منذ فترة طويلة * وجود بعض الحشرات بالمطبخ تم التعامل معها من موظفي الفندق أدوات الحمام كرمتم قليلة (شامبو، صابون،...)!!

اول ماوصلت افادني الفندق ان مافيه حجز ب اسمي وحجزي في فندق اخر وبعد مكالمات ومحاولات طلع له الحجز المكان عباره عن شقق وليس فندق ريحه الشقق و الممرات سيئه الغرف نظيفه بس الموكيت وصخ الستاره ماتحجب النور ابد ووحده من الغرف كانت ستارتها خربانه ماتنفتح ومافيه شباك ف الصاله صايره مره كتمه بس بشكل عام مقبوله ب النسبه للسعر اليله كانت ب 450تقريبا و ماتستاهل اكثر من كذا لاان ف العيد السعر تدبل وصارت ب الف ريال ب هالسعر تحصل افضل منها

سعر السكن اعلى من مستوى الفندق ازعاج المسبح قدر لايوجد احترافية لموضفي الاستقبال لايوجد وسائل ترفية المصاعد مزدحمة دائما المواقف كذلك الوصل الى الفندق عبر شارع طريق مغلق مقابل الفندق مبنى جديد تحت الإنشاء ازعاج الفندق شباب يتمشون بالبيرة بين الأدوار وكذلك رئحة الطبخ والرفع على صوت التسجيل من قبل الشباب السكارى لاينفع لسكن العوائل
