The living area is approximately 130 square meters and is distributed over a living / dining room with open kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge / freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, espresso and coffee machine. Further facilities include satellite TV, a stereo with CD player and WIFI internet. Of course there is a washing machine and ironing board & iron. Sheets and towels are provided. Adjacent to the living room begins the courtyard with a 3x4 meter pool, outdoor shower, small lawn, a lemon tree and a covered terrace with brick outdoor kitchen & charcoal grill and another refrigerator. The property can not be viewed by neighbors. Ariany is a small, original village with a village square, 2 supermarkets, pharmacy and 2 bars. The village square is less than 200 meters. One of the most popular Mallorcan restaurants is just over a kilometer from the house. The fine sandy, kilometer long beach "Playa de Muro" can be reached in 15 minutes. Likewise Can Picafort. It only takes a few minutes longer after Son Serra de Marina.
