Great Location
This property worked very well for my family. We had 4 adults, 2 tweens, and a small dog. The kids loved the upstairs loft as it was their hangout space. The bunkbeds were nice and they enjoyed having their own TV and couch. It was warm during our stay so the top bunk stayed pretty toasty but thankfully the lower bunks were cool enough and there were plenty of fans. My kids are used to black out conditions and the window was bright even with the blinds but we got creative and covered it with a blanket and that worked perfect. The other 2 bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Both bathrooms were stocked with all the essentials so no need to drag all your sundries along if you don't want too. We did find the dining area to be tight but we squeezed in when we needed to. The kitchen was well stocked and had all the essentials necessary to cook all your meals. A new stove was installed on our first day so we were the first to use it and it was very nice.The location is great too. Just a quick drive down the street to Von's and in walking distance to several restaurants and the trolly. The complex has a pool and a few spas which were all clean and tidy. The only thing you need to be aware of is the condo on the second floor of the building so if you have difficulty with stairs then it's not a good choice. My husband has back issues but was able to get up and down just fine. I only had to carry my small dog up and down.Overall, I would recommend this condo.
Clean. Spacious (very). Welcoming. Good location (still would need to drive to the slopes; bus is infrequent). Good communication from the company/owners. Would stay there again.

Exceptional property, great communation!
We recently stayed at the 2-bedroom loft property at Sierra Manor and had an absolutely exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, the convenience and charm of small-town living were evident. Located off Old Mammoth Rd., the property offered easy access to the town shuttle, meaning we could leave our car parked and explore everything Mammoth has to offer without the hassle of driving.
The unit itself, located on the second floor, was both cozy and spacious. We appreciated the vaulted ceilings in the central living, dining, and kitchen areas, which created an open and inviting space for relaxation. The layout was perfect for our family, with the bedrooms and bathrooms on the main floor providing privacy, while the loft offered a fantastic area for the kids to enjoy. They loved the bunk beds and the dedicated entertainment setup.
Parking was hassle-free with plenty of unassigned spaces, and the flights of stairs to both the unit and the loft inside were manageable and added to the charm of the stay. The complex amenities, including the seasonal pool, spa, sauna, and rec room, provided plenty of options for leisure and relaxation. We especially appreciated the coin-operated laundry facilities, which made our longer stay much more convenient.
Being within walking distance to a variety of dining and shopping options was a significant plus. Whether we were crossing the street or exploring nearby, everything we needed was close at hand.

Only complaint was door code changed one hour before check out and thank goodness someone was still in the condo while loading for check out. This was addressed with managers. Only one pot holder in the whole entire unit which if you’re not cooking no big deal but I was cooking a huge Christmas dinner.Brought extra paper towels, extra toilet paper, extra Kleenex with lotion, but didn’t think about bringing paper plates, extra baggies in different sizes and extra saran and foil but that’s on me not on the condo. Fabulous stay. Would go back in a minute..

Great stay!
Property was as listed. Clean. Plenty of space for our family. Great location. When we travel as a family we always go VRBO to have a kitchen and rooms for the kids. The kitchen was well stocked with all the things to cook meals at home, there were games and movies for the kids as well as the upstairs loft hang out area was perfect to create some space from the teens. Overall was a good stay and we would book with them again.

Stocked with everything you need.
Purple Line picks up right in front of Condo.
Three hot tubs to enjoy.

Upstairs loft was extremely hot, very hard to cool down with only one small window. (stayed in June/July)
Would've been nice to have a screen door on the front door to get a cross breeze. Tried to have the door open, but bugs started to fly in.

A great find in Mammoth
Truly a convenient mid-town location. A couple of blocks off of Hwy 203. Easy access to grocery stores and restaurants for us.
Condo met our needs-kitchen has both Keurig and brew Mr. Coffee type of coffee makers, electric water kettle-we enjoyed using for our teas and soups, and a crock pot.
Our visit was during the 1st week of summer, who would of known that there would be so much snow. Local campgrounds by the lakes were still closed due to the snow. Found a nice hill by Twin Lakes and the condo had a couple of plastic snow sleds/toboggans for the kids to ride on -WINNER.
The pool for the complex is definitely seasonal-take a dip if your part of the polar bear club, then warm yourself up in the spa.
Slept well, comfortable beds and duel pane windows.
Our stay was during a weather transition-did not turn on the room heaters or need the fans or humidifiers (they stayed in the closet).
Overall great stay. Would love to stay here again in the future.

This was a great rental property in a great location. The rental unit is walking distance to groceries and restaurants / cafes. There is also a bus stop at the front of the condo complex that will take you to the mountain.
