Room was not ready until almost 8pm. Check in was supposedly at 4pm. Resort fee I thought was waived per Orbitz booking as VIP perks but accdg to the receptionist they have stopped that like 5 months ago. Also, aside from the trash from the previous occupant that welcomed us by the door, can’t complain about the cleanliness and the amenities of the inside of the room, it was I would say really nice place and they used good toiletry products and had everything we need for a comfortable stay.

The room was below standard. The toilet wouldn’t flush. There was no clock. The toilet flusher was upside down and the toilet wouldn’t flush. The fan on the air conditioner didn’t work.

The room was lovely, big, and with a cozy fireplace + kitchen which was helpful. We would return again, but only on a Thursday to Monday since nearly everything was closed on Tuesday and Wednesday, which was very frustrating. The restaurant, the bar, and the Jacuzzi was all closed. I would suggest checking on what is open during your stay. I’m sure it’s different during different times of the year.

This was a return trip after staying here last year. This time was not as good unfortunately. First room had a bad smell but we changed and the second room was ok. We weren’t told at reception that the maid service was only on request, so we were expecting room cleaning and had to ask at reception when it didn’t happen. Bathroom fan wasn’t working so room got very steamy. Also make sure you check the bill carefully if you go to the restaurant.

Cozy awesome hotel in Mammoth

I seriously can’t wait to come back to Mammoth and stay here again. Extremely satisfied with this hotel experience. We were not expecting the awesome restaurant/bar arcade area. Cozy and mellow with a live performer in the restaurant while enjoying our drinks. Our son had so much playing in the arcade room. My husband and I played some pool. Heated pool and a jacuzzi was the cherry on top. Seriously cannot wait to stay here again.

Our room was old and musty… I was not happy at all and I asked to move rooms as every picture on this site and hero own site only shows updated rooms. I found that to be completely deceiving and false advertising. Not happy will never stay there sgain
