at $500/night for a double queen, this is old motel with a mini facelift but all the same problems. Thin walls, tiny rooms, at amenities that don’t work. I was surprised to see I had a $29/day “resort fee” on top of what I paid for a hot tub that wasn’t hot (staff said one of the valves wasn’t working) and a steam room that was also broken. No hotel perks at all - even room cleaning had to be requested the day before, no elevators so your lugging your ski stuff upstairs and down halls to your tiny room with a mini fridge that doesn’t work.

Staff was great. The beds were comfortable and the room was pleasant. The lobby area was a nice hangout spot with free coffee and hot chocolate. The little crepe and coffee place made delicious goodies. Our family of 5 very much enjoyed the stay. This isn’t luxury but it has all the essentials nicely done, with a few little extras. We would definitely stay again.
