Cute, but lack of customer service

This condo was very cute. We went up to Mammoth for the weekend for a softball tournament, and it was conveniently located near the park. In the middle of summer, it was very warm, so it would have been nice to have air conditioning, as the upstairs condo got very warm mid-day. I was very disappointed that we were not given access to the pool area. We reached out to the main office several times, and they were unable to resolve it. I called the phone number throughout the weekend (with no one answering) and also left a voicemail, and no one returned my call.
