This is a great place to stay in the town of Mammoth Lakes, Ca. It’s a 2 minute walk from the Vons Shopping center and great eateries such as Distant Brewery and Giovanni’s Pizzeria. The WiFi maybe at a low Mbps, however it worked just fine for a online work meeting. If you go during the summer, note that the room does not have AC but it did have nice windows to open and also came with a fan that you can move around the room.

Good customer service, clean rooms, great location. I will be back.

Clean and comfortable. Quiet at night. Everything we wanted for a one night stop.

People were very nice., location very good. Would stay here again if in the area.

What I liked about the property was its location to the town center and how well the location was managed.

We enjoyed our room, great deal for the price oaid

Staff was great, super friendly! The amenities were great too, will definitely come back.

RAT-INFESTED! My wife and I have stayed at this property twice before. We decided to stay again because the first two times were okay and we like staying in familiar hotels. This time, our room was on the 2nd floor all the way down at the end of the hall. We left and had dinner, then when we came back to our room we heard a noise coming from the wall between us and the outside of the hotel. I called the staff and told them I thought it was a rat. The lady at the front desk assured me that they didn’t have rats. My wife and I were very tired from the long six hour drive from San Diego, so we were heading to bed soon. We heard that rat squeaking, scratching, biting, chewing, jumping and running around all night until about 6:00 or 7:00 AM. We had very little sleep and weren’t going to stay another night, so we checked out around 9:00 AM. The hotel decided to refund the resort fee of about $22 but wouldn’t refund what I payed to stay the night. They refused to believe it was a rat and kept telling me it was a woodpecker or a squirrel. Those animals are not nocturnal, but rats are! Don’t insult my intelligence either by telling me it wasn’t a rat. I’ll never stay at this rat-infested hotel again.

The staff makes this place... no doubt. I don’t want anyone else to go, because then they’ll raise the rates and I’ll have to go somewhere else

Nice hotel. Nice staff. Was clean. At the edge of town but still close to good restaurants. Easy shuttle to the resort, but the bus station isn’t all that close.

Very nice staff! We saw our very first bear in the wild (or parking lot of the hotel). It was awesome!

The hotel seems like it's great for a group. The staff wasn't very friendly or attentive.

We got to check in earlier than 4pm because the room was already clean so that was very nice! We got a suite with a king and sleeper couch for 4 adults. Adult kids said the sleeper mattress was horrible. They pulled it out and put it on the floor but it was still pretty bad. Our king was comfy! The kitchen was a nice size. There was no air conditioner... Just a fan whose oscillating feature was broken. We kept it on all night with the windows open but it was still too warm to get a good night's sleep. Staff let us stay an extra hour after check out time. Very nice of them! And the backpackers in our group were welcome to leave their packs in the office for the day and they could relax in the lobby as long as they wanted to after check out. Continental Breakfast was good but the oatmeal option quickly ran out. We stayed in the summer. No AC was a bummer but there was a heater for winter visitor's comfort.

Greetings from Mammoth Lakes! Thank you for staying with us and taking time to submit your review. We updated our WIFI in mid-September which will help with the speed. Fall colors are starting so now will be a good time to visit (once INYO National Forest opens up). Stay safe.
