This hotel is very run down, and gets more run down every year. The breakfast room is a mess, the food isn’t refilled so it is almost out of everything 1 hour before breakfast is over, and they now stop hot breakfast at 8:30, which is crazy. For $300/ night this is one of the worst deals I have ever seen in a hotel.

We really liked the size of the room. The bed was very comfortable. There are some cosmetic issues that need addressing. Windowsill unfinished, wallpaper peeling, scrapes on doors, large crack in mirror. Breakfast should be monitored more closely as to when food is running low.

The room wasn’t bad, bed was decent. The hotel is being renovated and is dated. But overall for the money it was a good stay. Not the best, but definitely not the worst. I’d stay there again.

No one said this property was under construction until you pull up to the property and you can’t figure whether it’s in operation or not. This property is beyond being run down that it is in my opinion not fit to accommodate people due to its physical conditions , most notably black mold noticed in the bedroom, and in the area where the pool is, which is still open for use by guests because the bathrooms are there. Bedrooms smell of wet dogs and floor is stained with what looks like dog pee everywhere, and I mean, i asked to be moved to another room and same thing! Also the bathrooms have cracked tiles that could cut your feet. And the ceiling in one bathroom has old leak that’s shown to have black mold. Pool area has open insulation walls that show lots of mold. Pool has stagnant water sitting in it with mold or algae. Health authorities should visit. It should not be operating. I Spent one night here and couldn’t sleep out of fear of bugs and mold and how it may affect me long term. Was too tired plus too late to book another hotel. I had also booked for another room for my party and they reported the same concerns. The silverlining is they are renovating but they really should close down, finish the renovation, then re-open. They seem to have good workers who try to maintain the place, except not emptying the trash at the front desk, so it gives me hope for their future. But the brand reputation is for me beyond repair that I won’t stay at any of their properties.
Mold on the ceiling of my room’s bathroom
Front lobby area where they offer water and tea
Stain on walls and floors. This is area by the elevator
Stains on the walls. Windows are changed out but still unfinished.

This hotel was under construction out front. There was NO sign to indicate it was a hotel. The front doors do not open on auto so you have to try and hold them open and bring in your luggage. There was NO one at the front desk. I asked a housekeeper for a rest room. The toilet was falling off the wall. I was told I could pay 50.00 to check in early ( which means they had rooms but just wanted to get money). Once we checked in we were told we could only stay in a "pet room" which is fine since we had a dog. We got into the room and it stunk with old animal pee. The carpets were stained beyond belief. The doors uses an old fashion "key" and the lock was loose, no security bar once you lock the door. The drapes had holes in them, and the quilt was ripped. This is a VERY VERY OLD dated and dirty hotel. NO one should consider staying here. I feel I should get a credit rather than having to pay. It was a nightmare !!! Overflowing trash bins, trash in the hallways...very sketchy.

Good value hotel. The room area is very large. Everything was very clean. It also has a special parking building. The one point I took off was mainly due to the fact that the public part of the hotel on the first floor was still under construction. The breakfast room was a bit cramped.

Dilapidated , no pool or hot tub . Just a bad hotel and a bad Expedia experience . It’s just a take the money and run . The Quality Inn down the street looked much nicer . We always book pool and hot tub . The price reflects those amenities . I will be requesting a refund which is never fun.
