Continental breakfast wood good

The rooms are old with dirty carpet and cheap furniture. They need to upgrade. They need to be less cheap when it comes to their “breakfast” which, on a busy weekend, is almost completely cleaned out by 8:30 (breakfast is 6:30-9:30). Spend a few more bucks so all your guests have the same choices as the “early birds”. Hot tub- only half the jets worked. Towels in bathroom were ratty looking. Again, spend some extra bucks!

Great 2 night stay, it has everything you need.

Easy access to shopping and ski slopes. Staff was very accommodating and friendly.

Very friendly staff, clean property, great location, close to everything.

The place was convenient and near all places to go to, it could use a renovation in their furniture and building structure inside. You can see a number of items that need attention. But the place was quiet and cozy

There was a super strong bleach smell that was causing my nose to hurt and eyes getting watery.

Property was old, outdated and marginal

Shilo Inn is conveniently located off 203 highway with many shopping n dining options around. It has covered parking, big rooms and lobby area. The breakfast was served by one person that makes it very safe from Covid-19 standpoint and causes less wastage.

Good hotel and facilities. Many dining options closed mid-week in town.

Stay was really good. But staff is super nice, they allow us to use spa and pool after off hours which is wonderful.

I have stayed in over 250 different hotels around the world, and this could be the dirtiest and most dated hotel of ALL!! Everything in this hotel is probably 30 years old and absolutely disgusting. I have stayed at all the other hotels in Mammoth....there is definitely a reason why this place is the cheapest. Spend the extra $25-50 extra a night and stay somewhere else.

Hotel was outdated (circa 1980s) and the room was not the cleanest (i.e. we would not walk barefoot; too many unknown stains on the carpet and a petrified orange was found under the bed).

Room was clean and beds were comfy. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice hotel with great location with lots of amenities nearby. Has free breakfast too!

Hotel was very clean, staff friendly and the women serving breakfast was excellent in performing her job. Overall the carpet was worn as I read in reviews, but our stay was very enjoyable.

I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the room and bathroom were! Bed was super comfortable too.
