alley and more. The condo features a spacious layout with a cozy wood burning
fireplace in the living room, or get comfortable on the couch and catch a
movie or the game on the large flatscreen TV with cable. With a fully stocked
kitchen with granite counters, you’ll have everything needed to prepare meals
and enjoy gatherings in the dining space that seats 6, with additional bar
seating at the breakfast bar. The unit has single bunk beds in an alcove next
to the bedroom, or a double sofa bed in the living room, perfect for the
little ones traveling with you. The primary bedroom features a California King
bed with TV. There is a shared full bathroom in the hallway with tub/shower
combo, and separate vanity area, and a stacked washer/dryer so you have all
the conveniences of home. With a mud area at the entry, and an outside ski
locker accessible, you can offload all your adventure gear. You have a private
deck where you can soak up the gorgeous mountain and meadow views, and easily
spill out on to the grassy lawn, or play in the snowy fields. Or if you have
to work or school remotely, there is a home office space to get your remote HQ
situated. This unit is pet friendly, and allows one dog, and is non-smoking or
vaping. Close by is the new Mammoth Rec Zone and LA Kings Ice, offering year-
round recreation opportunities, Winter ice skating and the Mammoth Creek park,
this makes this location and unit the perfect family friendly spot. There is a
year-round covered community hot tub and sauna, and you are a short distance
to the Snowcreek Athletic Club. All guests receive complimentary full access
to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool,
