Wish we would have read more carefully as this condo is truly a 4 bedroom and a loft, which was a scenario we tried to avoid this year. My fault for not reading the listing details closely enough. We found the home nicely loaded with everything needed for a comfy stay. It was very clean and well stocked. The jacuzzi was huge (fits 9-10 folks comfortably) and the ping pong table was so much fun! We appreciated the fireplace that was easy to turn on, and the spacious 2-car garage was a lifesaver with all the snow we got while there in Mammoth. Hot water was plentiful and there were lotions, soaps, and hand sanitizer in all 4 bathrooms and kitchen. Having 2 balconies was great, too. Hard to find places like this in Mammoth! Anne was helpful and responsive, and that was also greatly appreciated!

Our host was wonderful and answered all our questions she even accommodate us last minute. We greatly appreciate that. The home is cozy and loved. The only thing I wish there was more storage space like an empty cabinet or something. We did find a shelf in the pantry and just worked from our containers. But overall it was a great place to stay. 9 min drive to the attractions and about 12 mins to ski at the top of the mountain. It’s actually the perfect location because it’s not heavily trafficked but it’s still close to everything. She is a gem of a location.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. We enjoyed using the grill for steaks, and the hot tub was a wonderful treat to rest our legs after a full day of skiing. Having the humidifiers and lotions and phone chargers in the rooms and bathrooms was a very nice touch and we would love to stay here again!

My family has been coming to the Sierras since the early 1970s almost annually during the summer. We have stayed at many places and this has been the gem of them all. Very clean and spacious and located in a perfect location close to the village and all the other shopping places. We had an amazing week staying here. Anne is without a doubt the best host you could ask for as she is very quick to reply should you have any question or need. She has gone above and beyond for me and my family of which we are incredibly grateful.

This home is a beautiful large modern alpine home, overlooking the 16th green at Sierra Star golf course. It is minutes from town and many lakes. We had 5 adults and 4 grandkids and had plenty of room for family time and quiet time. It was a real treat to stay in such a nice home.

Stayed for a week with 5 adults and 4-7 kids depending on the day (ages 10-17). Management company was very responsive to requests/issues. First time in a long time an owner has provided enough TP and paper towels for the quantity of guests and the length of stay. Appreciate that forethought.Nespresso was awesome and and helped make up for a small coffee pot. Along a similar theme, for a house that boasts of a chefs kitchen, the pots and pans are on the small side for a house that sleeps 12, (and there's only a couple pans).There were plenty of dishes and cups. If you don't plan on doing any serious cooking you'll be fine. I've passed on a list of what I thought were obvious utensils that were missing, etc.

Perfect ski weekend

Host was extremely responsive! House was exactly what was described. Clean and great for a big group. Easy walking distance to the shuttle. With 12 of us there it didn’t feel crowded at all. Thank you!!

Beautiful house - great location

Wonderful home in a great location right by the slpoes! The property was just as beautiful as shown in the photos. Our group of 8 adults had plenty of space and were very comfortable during our ski trip. Highly recommend!

Perfect ski weekend!

We had an amazing stay at Anne’s property. It was perfectly situated near the village, grocery stores, and ski lodges. Lots of space to sleep 12 and the couch in the living room was especially comfortable!Communication with Anne was also extremely easy which we greatly appreciated.Highly recommend for anyone looking to spend time in Mammoth!

Wonderful home for large families. Very clean and updated. Appreciated the charging pads in all rooms and lots of kitchen necessities. Spacious laundry room straight off garage coming in from the snow with the kids was a huge plus. Plenty of bathrooms and space! Thank you!

Great Spot for a Family Trip

Favorite feature was the super high ceilings in the family room where our group mainly hung out. Plenty of kitchen appliances for a family style dinner and host was super responsive. Parking wasn’t a problem and roads were plowed (sometimes an issue if staying far away from the lifts). Close to Eagle lodge and had a ping pong table + jacuzzi for entertainment. Plenty of towels, pillows, blankets and COFFEE!

House was perfect for our party of 12 Wish they had provided kleenex but all other supplies were there except no wine opener. We all went through every drawer and cupboard at least twice and finally bought one which we left for the next group
