We loved the hotel room and parking, the staff member who checked us in was very rude and charged my credit card $230, when I already paid. Upon checkout I asked what the $230 charge was and the clerk said it should have only been a $68 resort fee and she couldn’t explain the extra $161. She didn’t know how to fix it, I also already paid $73 in taxes and fees. I want my money back, she said that it should return to my account, as of now it has not. I’m enraged.

Loved how close to everything the property wa.ls. The room was spacious even for a studio condominium. The free shuttle to anywhere in town was a great plus too! Definitely will stay again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. All amenities were great. Multiple jacuzzis were awesome for after finishing the slopes. Walking distance to lift was amazing

This property does not guarantee the amenities listed in their advertisement. We were not planning to ski, so we were counting on the game room and cafe to be open. The game room was closed during our stay because that room had been rented to a party, and the cafe was closed because of low occupancy. This might have been understandable if the front desk staff were busy, but they had nothing to do so why not staff the cafe??? I asked about the game room at the front desk and received a wan reply. Later, I wrote a formal letter to the hotel and was informed that there are lots of games available at the front desk. It might have been nice to know this while I was still at the hotel. Because of these two problems, the thin celilings bothered me more than they might have. I've heard of thin walls at hotels, but not this ceilings. You can hear people moving around upstairs. Our neighbors were walking, moving furniture and apparently hopping! We chose this hotel because of the amenities, but I'm not excited about staying here again. The property was well located and the rooms (but not the beds) are comfortable. You probably won't be sorry you stayed here, as long as you don't care about the cafe or game room.

Meh. Nice place. Good rooms. Good views. But no restaurant. And the hot tub was closed the day I went. So disappointed with the stay. Maybe cos it was just the beginning of the season

It was Amazing. The staff was great. Kelly at check in was Amazing. She made our stay Perfect! The place is clean and you feel like you’re away from all the stress of life. We are coming back and will stay here again and again!

Parking was confusing because there was a gate with no sign we needed to go through. but overall okay.

Pool was being worked on, furniture was very very old and felt dirty. Room had a weird smell.

It was very clean and inviting. We had a wonderful stay. Would recommend to others.

In summer rooms are hot , may be need more ventilation.

Our room had mountain view and plenty of amenities. Safe property

Check-in is slow, the room was not very clean and one door to the balcony was in fact broken, the carpet was dirty. The staff was helpful, though.

The girls at the check-in counter this weekend or awesome and the shuttle service driver was amazing
