Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. But parking was a problem and the 1st night the pool was closed.

Clean hotel. I highly recommend to pay the breakfast for 5$ at the check-in.

The WiFi was so slow and the username/password was not straightforward to set up. The worst thing is that the front desk didn’t ask us to get the breakfast voucher when we checked in, later on told us a price that is not correct, the next day the hotel restaurant didn’t accept the price we were given by front desk, and went on to deduct the costs for the voucher anyways. I have never stayed at a hotel with this level of incompetence and dishonoring their own words. Oh I just looked at my booking more closely and even though they market a $25 deposit they charge you $50.

Spacious room,clean,no carpet. Modern style. Only one person by check in,no greeting, rushing,no explanation.

This was a very well maintained hotel with very nice rooms. I will stay here again.

The heating unit in the room was absolutely terrible! It was blowing forcefully out into the room, unable to control or divert. It was either way too warm or we had to shut it off to lower the temp, no proper adjustment! It was a drag all night - too warm or too cold! We were locked out of the room for an hour because the key/ card stopped working. We had to wait outside the room for the one(only) employee to help us and get to bottom of why the key/card stopped working, the employee tried to help and was nice, he had to call management. Then a man showed up to replace the battery in the lock mechanism. Very inconvenient for us overall. We would probably not stay here again. We had never been to Mammoth before and this stay kind of ruined it for us.

Best BW ever I have ever been to. Renovated facilities and well- located.

The breakfast buffet was good and the pool/spa were also good.
