This TV has basic cable and a smart DVD player where you can access apps such as HBO, Netflix and log in with your account to view movies etc. The remodeled bathroom offers a beautiful walk-in shower with custom tile work. The kitchen is fully stocked so you can prepare and cook meals, and the bar offers seating for 4. The La Vista Blanc complex has an outdoor pool (Summer only), Jacuzzi and public gas grill for your use and is conveniently located on the shuttle route, and with hiking trails leading directly from the complex. It is centrally located with a short walk to Groceries, Coffee Shops, Restaurants & Shops. Just 100 yards from the Mammoth Creek park, you can fish the creek, use the playground or picnic at the tables or large grassy area or enjoy the Mammoth Community Rec Zone or LA Kings Ice that offers a host of activities and year-round recreation opportunities.
