Entering the property you will instantly fall in love with the beautiful finishing's of this little unit.
Follow the scenic pathway at the back of the home and open out onto a beautiful walking track looking over the cliff top.
The heart of this little gem is the proximity to nearby beaches, shops, and cafes.
The beautiful beach of Pretty Point Bay is approximately 350 meters from the property. A quick 1-minute drive or a short scenic 5-minute walk.
Malua Bay offers a range of local shops such as an IGA, post office, cafe, hairdresser, and a lovely Chinese restaurant right by the Beach.
