Hilton Malta5.0 out of 5.0

The hotel is located close to the city and on the Mediterranean. The hotel has no beach but 5 pools. You have multiple restaurants to choose from directly at the hotel. The staff are the best I saw in a long long time. The only issue I had (and I saw a few hotel guest with the same issue) is that when you select an activity with the concierge, they information regarding the pickup are not clear (A little van from the company, a large bus, etc) and I missed my bus and I saw 1 more guest missing her bus also. Multiple people had to ask multiple time what to do. That is the only flaw that I found at the hotel but when you go there for activity, it is a big deal
We have spent a week in Malta with my partner and stayed in the Hilton in St Julians. The hotel is in the center of town, close to the sea, and offers stunning views. It has a big internal garden, a rooftop pool, and a superb restaurant. We couldn't resist the Maltese honey and excellent bakery during breakfasts! Our room was spacious, the bed wonderfully comfortable, the bathroom well equipped, and we had a big balcony overlooking the internal garden dotted with tall palm trees. In the evenings the surrounding area is very lively: hotels, bars, clubs, cafes and cocktail bars open up everywhere. It is very pleasant to walk around. One can take a longer walk toward Valletta on the beautiful seaside promenade stretching seemingly endlessly. The service at the hotel was also great, they were happy to offer us advice and assistance with organizing our trip to the blue lagoon. All in all, fantastic stay.
Actually the property is good by own self, its located in very nice place but there was very interesting rules, the check in was take to time ,our room dos not ready till 4pm we had to wait about 3 hours, after you face with locked minibar,if you want to empty mini bar and use it by yourself you have to pay 25 euros,i think this not respectful for guests in this stylish hotel, rooms are big enough and clean, pools are good and clean, finally in check out ,check the bill because you may face with some drinks you drink from empty minibar!!!😂some rules should changes.
The hotel has the wow factor from entering with marble floors and a lovely airy feel to it. The rooms were excellent (we had a good view over the marina with a small balcony to take in the last sun of the day as it goes down). The pool area was clean and looked after, the attendants were courteous and quick in service for drinks resulting i a lovely few days relaxing whilst overlooking the sea view. Breakfast was buffet style but very good with an offering of fruit, cereals, baked goodies and cooked items. Definitely would return to stay here
Everything you would expect from a premium hotel in a great location. It's not a boutique hotel, if you want that don't stay at the Hilton. It has great views from the rooms sea or Marina and the sunrise view is superb The pools restaurants and bars are all worth a visit.
The Hilton Hotel was truly fabulous .The staff are so professional and efficient. The Head housekeeper was truly amazing ,and all the staff are so friendly too. The food is second to none and the chefs are so obliging too. Only one complaint ,there are only rooms with two queen size beds ,unless you want to spend an incredible amount extra on a suite. The reception said it wasn't possible to put us even a spare single mattress in our room as there was no way our 15 year old grandson could share with his 11 year old sister !!! We would love to visit this hotel next year ,but if this is the only option we have again we will have to book elsewhere unfortunately .
Have stayed elsewhere on Malta but always come back here. The location is next to none and the staff, hotel and amenities are 1st class. Food and drink always fresh and interesting, and a pleasant surprise for a 5 star hotel reasonable price, which several guests we talked to were very happy about, something to consider when booking, as the accommodation is not cheap. Stayed for 2 weeks and would have stayed much much longer if we had the time. Absolutely recommend it.
The hotel has I think 6 pools, a spa, an enormous gym with the best gym equipment. The hotel is very central and walkable to most restaurants. The staff is very knowledgeable and very helpful. We only stayed 3 nights so I did nit have time to visit the sofa. Our room was large and had one of the best sea views I think. It's also the first hotel that had loads of useful draws to put clothes in. As I am Allegric to feathered pillows and duvet they changed it without a hassle. The hotel has a car park which is free for guest. We discovered they have a five centre so that's a big plus for us. We will be returning to the Hilton. The photos I attached is from our balcony.
First time in Malta, Hilton sounded the best hotel, and it was very good. We had a deluxe sea view room, which was very spacious and nice decor. huge bed which was very comfy. nice balcony, with beautiful views. Out side the grounds were well maintained, and lovely swimming pools . We were unsure about the area, so decided to go for half board, as reviews on Paceville were not great, we thought if was not for us. however there are some lovely restaurants at the marina attached to the hotel. The breakfast at the hotel was very good , as lots of previous reviews had said, everything you could possibly want on offer , quite busy every morning , but not too long to wait. The rest of the food we did not enjoy at all, had snack at the pool, not nice sandwiches and a beer and wine very expensive around 55 euro. To our dismay the dinner option was a themed buffet every night, oh dear , we had to eat out a couple of nights, there was a station cooking some things, but the rest was keeping warm in containers, not very nice meat of fish , it was either dry fish or chewy meat. I think they must have sat there for ages, we tend to eat around 8.30-9 pm, and didnt see any sign of being replenished, so unless you eat very early it not good. The anti pasti was ok cold meats, salads etc. not a surprise, but the place was pretty empty most nights, so no atmosphere either, maybe they should offer a small menu choice . instead. We would go back , but not half board
As a frequent traveller in Hilton (Malta) what I enjoy the most is the consistency of their services. From the staff service at the Bar (Lobby area) and the room cleanliness, to the quality of breakfast and the dining experience at the Oceana restaurant, the overall experience given to the guests is amazing.
