Spent 5 days in vanity golf. We all had a great time.staff very friendly hotel very clean.Enjoyed are stay that much back in May for a week.Spent as much time as we could by the pool, were we enjoyed the company of the Lifeguard Veronica. She was so funny and helpful to everyone around and us especially.Glad she was on duty on our week stay, thanks Veronica looking forward to seeing you in May 2018.

Just returned from our first trip to vanity golf. The lady welcomed us and gave all information needed. The male reception victor was very curt throughout the week at check out took our money and continued with his work . we were promised water etc in mini bar but that was empty they said they would fill the next day but that didn't happen. Hotel we found cold and the noise in our room was annoying as we seemed to be above the kitchen area a lot of scraping chairs and banging. We did mention it but got no advice . The pool could of been heated so with the bad weather we could still use it. The WiFi in the room was very poor. On a positive note the dining room staff and pool attendants were excellent in there jobs very welcoming . Another good area was the spa staff , foot and back massage highly recommended.

This was our fourth stay at this hotel, and we enjoyed it as much as the others. The hotel and it's staff never disappoint - always friendly and helpful. This is a tribute to it's management style and it's great attitude to focussing on the needs of it's guests. There's lots of nice little touches, like the glass of Cava on arrival, the big bowl of fresh fruit on the reception desk which guests are free to take from, the free smoothie at the pool late in the afternoon, the free Cava from 10am to 6pm. I could go on. We were there to do some cycling, and were pleased to be able to use the new bike station across the road. It's more secure than the previous one (the door always seemed to be left open), with card access sliding doors (a metal shutter also comes down at night), and is well equipped with tools, pumps, water, degreaser, paper towels. Disposable gloves would have been great for those of us who have to assemble our own bike, but that's just a minor point. The food here is great - It's a buffet system, with something for everyone, and there's plenty of it too. There was even some very nice food for vegans, which I tried too. The dress code for evening dinner is casual smart, so no beachwear allowed. Our room this year was on the outside wing nearest to the road. Initially slightly disappointed, it turned out to be very private, and interesting to see the comings and goings along the road. It was also quiet at night. The room itself was up to the same high standard as the other rooms we've had in past years. This hotel is a classy, very calm and low key place, with (generally) well behaved guests. There's no music pumping out at the pool, or groups of people drinking there all day and making a nuisance of themsleves. Also, if you're after lively evening entertainment then you're probably best staying elsewhere - there's plenty of those sorts of places nearby. I'm looking forward to staying next year already.

Excellently located adjacent to main beach of Alcudia and close to Pierto Polensia. Excellent facilities and pool area. B/B only stay so can only comment on food at breakfast which was excellent. Evening buffet looked very good. Very pleasant staff throughout, particularly reception.

Lovely setting for a hotel, the food was very good , the hotel was spotless thanks to there amazing staff. The free cava & fruit was really nice touch never had this at any hotel we have ever stayed at. We will definitely be returning to the hotel

From start to finish of our holiday we found the Vanity Golf Hotel perfect for our Requirements. The arrival check in was quick and informative, Rooms are Clean and comfortable and well serviced daily The restaurant is excellent ,loved the fresh pasta cooked to order .The staff are attentive polite and friendly. The pool area is great as you can just take a stroll onto the beach plus a glass or two of complementary Cava is available daily around the pool The plus point for myself was the Cycle Garage ,its across the road has secure bike racks and entry is by key card only plus is locked down overnight. it also has track pumps basic tools if you require them and clean down facilities for you're bike. The hotel location as a base for cycling is excellent . Thanks for giving us a Great Holiday We aim to Return in the near future.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, a few minutes walk to ice cream bars and restaurants. The pool is an average size, but the beach is right on your door step. The gym is good, and the hotel provides bikes to use on cycling days out, which took us to pollenca town, and a nature park with a herd of Spanish bulls grazing harmlessly. Boogie the entertainment team, really made the experience in this hotel unforgettable, she lifted everyone up and got us all involved, I hope the hotel looks after her.

We only looked in for a meal which was an excellent evening buffet - what made the evening was the singer named Vicky - a real professional and she sang such a range of numbers. Such a lovely surprise addition to our meal and drinks

Having stayed at the sister hotel in Cala Mesquida in June and thought highly of it we decided to try this one. A much livelier location which was welcome and a great position on the beach. We opted for the "royal suite" which is fantastic but lacked the services to back up its title. For such a premium price I would have expected to have a bottle of water in the room each day and the minibar to be topped up but no. There was a coffee pod machine with 4 pods for the week, any more to be paid for and no milk. The turn down service only happened on 3 occasions and comprised the corner of the duvet being folded back but used cups and glasses left uncleaned. The television had only two English channels, one of which was childrens' BBC in an adult only hotel! The hotel is very much German focused, whilst not a criticism it would have been nice to be acknowledged when walking through reception. We were very glad to have our own terrace overlooking the pool because of the usual "sunbed" behaviour of our European friends. The hotel operates a system of leaving a neatly folded towel on each bed which are then claimed by unfolding them or messing them up. We witnessed some people claiming up to six sunbeds in different areas around the pool and one occasion I counted 40 unused beds and despite the hotel saying they would clear them after one hour, this never happened. Not our problem but it was for some people. Breakfast was very good with friendly dining room staff. However, the reception staff were really lacking in comparison to the staff at Cala Mesquida. When we checked out the receptionist swiped the credit card, handed over the receipt and never said another word. No goodbye, no come back soon - nothing. A firm manager needs to sharpen up these easily fixable things. I would probably stay again but only if they get more English speaking TV channels, educate the reception staff and make the guests who have paid £1,000 premium for 7 nights in a suite feel that it is worth it. I have reviewed their beach front restaurant, Mirablau, separately but in a nutshell, it lets the hotel down.

Thank you to all the management and staff at the Vanity Golf. My wife and I have just returned home from an 11 night stay and can't wait to return. Everything was perfect. It's friendly, clean, comfortable room, the food is excellent, always plenty of sun beds and the location could not be better. Overlooking one of the best beaches I have ever seen. A lovely hotel, haste luego
