We booked here as we'd stayed before and knew the location was excellent. You can take a brief bus-ride from the airport to virtually the front door. Once checked in by the helpful and pleasant staff you have the whole of Palma within walking distance (if you're a fan of walking). I'll probably book again soon.

Good location, close to station and centre Nice spacious clean and tidy room with nice pillows and king size bed Luxurious bathroom Good price, great customer service, friendly members of staff Hot water and good wifi

We had the room one up from basic - Superior? Comfortable, clean, quiet, minibar'd for your cheap shop bought wine/beer, and everything worked - although we didnt need aircon as early April so can't rate that. The service was lovely and very helpful - I recollect the main reception person when we stayed was Sonia (sorry if wrong - hotel should check 1st April day shift). She was fantastic and typically speaks perfect English - and even recommended this excellent local eatery the night before...just 200 meters...Can Terra...very lively Tapas...not for kids...try menu options as well as bar Tapas....cheap and good! The hotel location is perfect - 50 meters from old Palma/Soller station (lovely old train journey through mountains - buy cash only tickets late afternoon before you go to avoid panicky queues). And 15 minutes to Cathedral passing directly through Placa Major. The breakfast room is really nice - go early or late to avoid crowd. The buffet is good (only the UK does good sausages so just avoid them) and you should order freshly prepared poached eggs - you have to wait but persevere, they are very good. We advise including breakfast in price - its all-in, substantial, loads you up till teatime and if you are desperate, comes with Cava!

We can only echo the recent review by NorthEast_76. We booked a three night stay in a superior room on the third floor overlooking Parc de les Estacions. The room was a good size and well appointed but, like the carpets in the main passage, they looked liked they had not been cleaned for some considerable time (we did see vacuum cleaners, can only assume they don't use them). There was a piece of plastic on the carpet when we arrived, it remained there for the three nights we stayed. As for fixtures and fittings one of the bedside lights had been repaired with flimsy tape and the chrome bathroom fittings were pitted with rust. The shower does not have thermostatic mixer so it was trial and error getting the right temperature. Breakfast was average and there was only one coffee machine for all the guests. It wasn't busy when we went but we still had to queue most mornings. On the plus side the linen and towels were clean, the bed was comfortable, the wifi was good, the staff were friendly enough and the location is just about perfect. A hotel with great potential but sadly let down by poor basic house keeping and maintenance.

Hotel is in great location for transport links. 2 mins from transport hub & handy Eroski supermarket. Sold to us a 4* hotel (by Hotwire), it could be but currently it is NOT in my view. Why? Tatty decor and lack of investment, needs new carpets throughout and repainted. Also it has no real bar or restaurant (breakfast room is on 1st floor), no fitness room or pool. Staff were pleasant & helpful, room was ok but in need of overhaul. Quiet enough as I dont think many guests staying when we were there. I really like the building, its a great location but it feels neglected and lacking in atmosphere...

This place has a good location just in the city center but I did not feel very confortable. The room floor felt really dirty and the toilet was not very clean. The staff was ok, they even nocked the door to give me a free water bottle but I would have preferred if they just left it there. The entrance is tiny and there is not space in the reception at all. The price was ridiculously expensive for what I've got.

At first I was worried that we didn't have a pool to help us while away the hours, but this hotel is so well positioned that the pool is not an issue. REception - friendly, helpful ( they sorted out a hire car for us in minutes) and hard working. Free pastries and fruit available on the desk is a bonus. LIfts, work quickly and are clean. Breakfast - really good selection of top quality food. Rooms - my only gripe was that our air con did not cool the room at all despite trying every possible setting. The bathrooms were clean, the water was hot and there was a bathe with shower. The room had a mini bar, safe and good TV however only one British (BBC news) channel. There is an underground car park adjacent, busses run to local towns and beaches from across the road and the train station is next door. I will use this hotel again when in Palma.

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times due to the central location, peace and the comfort and size of bed. This is my one break I do each year on my own and feel very safe and secure in the hotel. I was slightly disappointed however that my room and bathroom were much smaller than the rooms I'd previously occupied, but nevertheless the room has everything I needed. Apart from the carpet being quite stained, the cleanliness of the room couldn't be faulted. Service on arriving was perfunctory. Coffee at breakfast is good. Food is somewhat disappointing. It is unfortunate that there is no bar or restaurant. When one is travelling solo and out all day, it is good to know that you don't need to go out in the evening to find a restaurant, although there are several nearby the hotel. Despite the hotel being in one of the busiest parts of Palma, the sound proofing is first class, and a good sleep guaranteed! A very pleasant stay yet again!

I liked our superior soom. Good views, lots of space, good bathroom. The staff is very friendly. The breakfest is really good. Short walk to the old city and it is at the railwaystation. I would stay here again.

Hotel is very central but overlooks fairground and a concert space, which can be quite loud/annoying (don't want to hear Fur Elise ever again)! I was disappointed that the first room I saw (for single travellers) was very dark (one small window) and so paid to upgrade to a room with more light, but where I had to climb over the bed to get to the bathroom! The sheets were only changed once (and even then I had to ask) in my 8 day stay, and dusting was pretty minimal. I had to keep asking for more toiletries...the sort of 'cost cutting' that only annoys those paying premium rates... The interior decor is nice, but getting quite jaded - my taps were peeling off metal (see photo). Staff are very friendly though and speak good English.
