Visited this hotel with a friend in September on a package with Jet2 from East Midlands . My expectations were low due to price we paid. Our room on the 5th floor was excellent, spacious spotlessly clean, with terrific views. We paid for half paid as the additional cost was low fully intending to eat out a couple of times however we found the food to be of a good standard friendly staff we didn't bother going out. The weather was great, the beach beautiful and close by perfect for a relaxing break.
The hotel location is 1st class, overlooking the beach.Rooms have an excellent lay out and are cleaned and refreshed daily.Speak highly of the staff, friendly and courteous ( except for the one obligatory Mr Grumpy, funny). Food might be an issue for fussy eaters, but we found it great and had no complaints.Loved the resort and loved the walks. We went all inclusive so it was a really economical week for us. Couldn't beat the cost for a weeks holiday.
had 5 days here late oct, hotel is very nice, location superb and just been refurbished this year, sadly they must have ran out of money when they got to the restaurant as it was so dated, the food was very average for us and very poor for children, we were all inclusive but ended eating out a few nights. The snack bar turns into an italian restaurant and it was a lot better than the main restaurant , pity we could only use it once during our stay, sorry but we wont be going again.
Lovely hotel, lovely resort. Myself and my husband travelled with 6 children aged from 4 to 16 and everybody had a great time! Amazing views from every single hotel room, just spectacular! Clean, comfortable rooms. Food was good but could be labelled a little better. As a vegetarian I wasn't sure what I could or couldn't eat. I plan to bring the family again so if the food labelling could be improved that would be just perfect!
Stayed here for 5 nights in October. The location of the hotel is amazing and overlooks the beautiful beach, the hotel is spotless and the rooms cleaned daily. The only thing that lets this hotel down is the food as it was always just like warm and not a lot of choice.
Booked this holiday for the last week in October so was not sure what to expect weather wise and not been on a fully inclusive holiday before so again all new to us. The hotel was absolutely fabulous. The staff on arrival were welcoming and friendly, the rooms all had a sea view and were spotlessly clean and larger than I expected. The room had a sitting area with a fridge and microwave, all had a balcony. The food at each meal was plentiful and had loads of choice - something for everyone. As expected, towels out early on the sun loungers by the pool but this wasn't a problem as there was still plenty available and the beach was just across the way anyway! Everywhere was so clean, especially the beach and sea. Staff were helpful the whole time we were there. Cannot fault it - would recommend. Only part not keen on was the on site Italian restaurant - you could only book one meal there but to be honest, would have preferred to dine in the hotel restaurant as normal as much more choice.
This hotel was amazing! I’ve never had a sea view before and this was above and beyond! The room was great, my nephew, who had to share with me, his aunt, and his mum, loved the fac5 he had his own space with a sliding door to separate it! The food was ok, I would have preferred more space in the restaurant as it was a little small. Also mum is Coeliac and there wasn’t much Gluten free available for her. I would and have recommended this hotel to others.
We loved this hotel and especially the location, right on the beach and just a short walk up a gentle hill to a cute little castle nearby with awesome views. Two families travelled with three teens and we all found it a great place to relax and chill out. The resort feels really safe so the teens could have freedom to roam and pop to the beach and swim in the sea. I really don't know what people find to moan about, the hotel is clean, the staff work hard and the food is pretty good - we all found food to suit our own tastes. The room and the sea view was fab, sitting on the balcony was so lovely, watching the sun rise and set and listening to the waves was really relaxing. The poolside was busy with young children so we chose the quieter adults only sunbathing area, our teens loved it there too, as it was more about being a quiet area so no one seemed to mind their presence. The dining room wasn't great but it's being returned so problem solved. Our holiday was reasonably priced and we didn't know what to expect from Some of the bad reviews in TripAdvisor but we were very pleasantly surprised - I think we would go back if we wanted a nice relaxing week either at the start or end of the season.
I took my children to this hotel and i can honestly say it was fantastic.Having worked in the travel industry for 22yrs and stayed at some amazing hotels this was one of them. We arrived at 1.30pm and check in was very swift we hired a safe for 3E per day which was well worth it.We then were advised that we could go to the restaurant which served lunch until 3pm or the pool bar where there was burgers, pizza etc served until 4pm. We had a room on the 6th floor, the room was beautiful very big and very clean and amazing sea views. I loved the added touch of complimentary shower gel, shampoo and each room has a hairdryer so no need to pack on .The food was great so much choice and nothing was ever to much trouble for the staff and i never had any cold food it was always hot unless u had salad !!!! .The pool and pool area was so spotless and was always manned by a really good lifeguard who didnt just sit there like some at other hotels he was constantly walking around which was reassuring especially as there were lots of children about. There was no rush in the morning to be down at a silly time to put towels on loungers. The beach was less than 2mins walk way and was acccessible through a little door at the back of the pool which locked on the way out and you needed the room key to get back in. Sa Coma is lovely and has lots of tourisry shops as well as some nice upmarket ones. There is also a Spar opposite the hotel for paoers etc.I found a really cheap perfume shop called Eden which was just to the left of the hotel on the opposite side and sold every perfume an aftershave etc at a fraction of the prices that you would pay at the airport. The entertainment was good always a singer or band on but the kids Mini Disco was always popular and Christian the Entertainment Rep was brilliant. I was so impressed that i will most certainly be returning to this hotel for many years to come which is sonething i have never done before as in my job i like to try diffent hotel and places.
Great for families and couples. Lovely food and minutes from the beach!! Room and apartment was very gpod and thr balcony too. Great views. Cant wait to go again! The food was good and most staff were lovely. They only clean 5 days a week though and so dont fice you a towel om the 2 days that the housekeeper isnt there.
