The hotel was not a 4 star. 3 star at the best. Lifts kept getting stuck with people inside. Restaurant and food was just awful and never warm. Rooms not cleaned daily. No milk tea or coffee left and had to buy our own from the shop. Poor choice of food options. No daytime entertainment. Evening entertainment was poor. Pole dancing is not suitable for families.
We came to this hotel last year and we're disappointed with the dining room and food. After a meeting with the manager I was assured this would be resolved by this summer as they were getting a new chef and the dining room was being refurbished. We decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and returned yesterday for a 10 day holiday. What can I say !! Yes they have new tables and chairs.but if anything the service is worse caused by a severe lack of staff.I counted 16 uncleared tables from where I was sitting. No salt on most tables,no plates or bowls for your food,no coffee or tea.you had to stand in a queue at the bar to be served a cup of coffee. The list of complaints could go on.But don't come and see for yourself.Avoid this hotel. This is supposed to be 1 star away from a perfect 5 star hotel, but they've got a long way to go. Best thing about it is the view.
Went in August last year. Brilliant location right on the beach but the hotel is a bang average hotel and definitely not 4 star. Entertainment at night was very poor so most people left hotel and went to local bars etc.
The hotel was clean, the beds comfortable and the food was good. Not many children when we were there which great for us. (I like kids but so many are unsupervised in hotels) . The view from the room was lovely and lots of nice walks. For the first time ever we have booked to go back to the same place this year. Can't wait .
Lovely recently refurbished hotel, gorge rooms grounds and pool, right on the beach too. We stayed B&B and breakfast was good the usual hot and cold buffet style with lots of choice. Lots of bats and restaurants right outside. Couldn't fault it.
When we arrived at the hotel we were not impressed with first sights but once we went inside we thought it was absolutely spotless and a quick check-in we got to our rooms very fast. Once we were in the room it was spotless. We settled into our room (would have been nice to have 4 seats on the balcony)Very friendly staff.great selection of food. loved the fact it was a new cuisine every night. Restaurant looking a little tired. lots of things to do round the area Jet2Holidays rep was helpful during our stay. outdoor activities were great.Loved the pool. for kids maybe a waterside in the future ?? Great sea views loved having English channels on the TV Lovely clean rooms Maybe a bigger fridge if possible Stunning views great location Overall I would return again Me and my family had such a lovely stay
Visited this hotel with a friend in September on a package with Jet2 from East Midlands . My expectations were low due to price we paid. Our room on the 5th floor was excellent, spacious spotlessly clean, with terrific views. We paid for half paid as the additional cost was low fully intending to eat out a couple of times however we found the food to be of a good standard friendly staff we didn't bother going out. The weather was great, the beach beautiful and close by perfect for a relaxing break.
The hotel location is 1st class, overlooking the beach.Rooms have an excellent lay out and are cleaned and refreshed daily.Speak highly of the staff, friendly and courteous ( except for the one obligatory Mr Grumpy, funny). Food might be an issue for fussy eaters, but we found it great and had no complaints.Loved the resort and loved the walks. We went all inclusive so it was a really economical week for us. Couldn't beat the cost for a weeks holiday.
had 5 days here late oct, hotel is very nice, location superb and just been refurbished this year, sadly they must have ran out of money when they got to the restaurant as it was so dated, the food was very average for us and very poor for children, we were all inclusive but ended eating out a few nights. The snack bar turns into an italian restaurant and it was a lot better than the main restaurant , pity we could only use it once during our stay, sorry but we wont be going again.
Lovely hotel, lovely resort. Myself and my husband travelled with 6 children aged from 4 to 16 and everybody had a great time! Amazing views from every single hotel room, just spectacular! Clean, comfortable rooms. Food was good but could be labelled a little better. As a vegetarian I wasn't sure what I could or couldn't eat. I plan to bring the family again so if the food labelling could be improved that would be just perfect!
