Stayed here with a friend in the summer and had a great time! Ideal location as beach and shops are down the road. If you are into partying, Magaluf is about a 10 min walk away (which we did a couple of nights) so no need for taxis. The pool staff were really friendly and we always managed to get a sun bed. Best to go out of the hotel in the evening as not much going on. Rooms and bathrooms all very clean. Would recommend for groups of friends or small family.

We stayed here again in September because it's basic but clean. Our initial room was in the corner, (we didn't want to pay extra for a pool view to be honest). The balcony was covered in some type of leafy tree, and what you could see through the branches was the bins! Suffice to say, straight back down to ask for another room. We asked for a high level one, overlooking the road on the Caboners road. Got a nice on in the corner which got a nice bit of sun in the evening, Pool area is still really good for a budget hotel. Always got a sunbed. Didn't have any food, but what I saw around the pool area looked nice. Beers were quite cheap, so no dramas there. Good that you can exit at the back of the pool area if you're off out for the evening, or to the beach, El Mecca across the road from the back gate is good for a drink, and the food is always good. The waiters are really nice and make you feel welcome. The bed issue didn't seem to bother me this year, probably because I wasn't half dead with a chest infection this time. For the price I would recommend this place, no question.

Stayed hear back in September for 4 nights. Hotel was basic but ok. However I managed to leave my bank card, driving licence and a few gift cards we were given for our wedding in the hotel room when we checked out. We rang the hotel when we landed in Bristol a few hours later and they confirmed they had them and will send them in the post. Nearly 3 months later nothing has arrived and I refuse to believe the story they were lost in the post! And they don't have any tracking or signed for details.

Very creepy at night and the lights go off after a coupe of minutes so make sure you have a phone with a torch at the ready. Rooms clean and pool relaxing with some chilling music. Close to airport for a taxi. Close to beach and loads of bars and restaurants within walking distance.

We had our second stay here this year. The check in was quick and easy. The receptionist was very friendly sorry can't remember his name. We got a free upgrade to a pool view room. We stayed in the normal studio this time, they are very spacious and clean, everything you need microwave, toaster, kettle and more. The balcony was big with a washing line, the only downside to our room was we didn't get the sunshine and also we were in an end room but there were workmen doing work just at the side of our balcony. The late staff were friendly when we came in early hours they always said Buenos noches. We look forward to staying here again next year. I always book direct with hotel.

Lovely hotel, not far from the beach and restaurants within walking distance by the security gate at the pool entrance. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. Good size balcony, staff were friendly and helpfull The only problem was the pool when at dead on 7.00am people staying at the hotel were reserving the sunloungers with there towels and not returning till 11.00 if not later, very dissapointed with this. The pool bar very busy with good bar snacks and cooked food, the staff working on the bar were very friendly and polite.

Had a week in palma nova, stayed in sol lunar apartments.Great location and nice room, basic but everything you need for breakfast, occasional lunch etc, ate out for evening meals and most lunchtimes as all cafe etc are cheap.clean quiet and nice pool area with gate entrance straight onto sea front, definitely recommend

Stayed here 15-20 October, lovely greeting when we arrived even though it was 2 am. Room basic but clean only down point was the separate beds and they were very hard and with suffering with arthritis it made for not a lot of sleep! Shower was excellent as they all are, another down point was having to pay 15 euros for most of the remotes which you got back when returned them,we didn't bother with the tv just the ac,safe was a bit expensive at 16 euros for 4 days and I'm not a fan of the keys anyone could get in them,it rained heavily on the Thursday and the hotel had towels around doors and windows stopping the leaks, the derelict hotel next door was set on fire while we were there and had to tell reception to call the fire brigade! it was a children free hotel but I'm not sure if that's all year or just at certain times,But all in all it wasn't a bad hotel and we would probably stay there again.

Fantastic location. Quiet around pool (around 10 people) no entertainment but could be just the time of year. Free wifi throughout hotel. Mostly older people there so no groups of party goers again could be the time of year. Only downside was the maids liked to get their cleaning trollies out at 8.30 in the morning being rather noisy. Adequate clean rooms, lovely pool, friendly staff. Will definitely be going back.

Spent a week her 11th to 18th October. We booked the complete package with Monarch but had our holiday saved as the management emailed and advised we could still have the room and pay direct when we checked in so thank you Diego and Alberto - brilliant service. the apartments are spotless - not very large but you only really sleep in them. The location is fantastic just a couple of strides out of the back gate by the pool area an you are on the beach. As this is the end of the season it vas lovely and peaceful in the resort. The snack and drink prices here are very reasonable and the food is decent. We had room 511 - fantastic view of the sea between the gap of the Son Matias hotel and the adjacent apartments - great sitting on the balcony watching the cruise liners pulling out of Palma. We will be going back for week next October. Oh and as per other reviews the beds are a little hard!!!!
