It was my second trip staying there and I will go back. Great service, nice rooms, unique property and a great location. Rooftop deck with great view is a highlight. Very helpful staff. Quiet street but near many highlights.

Nice room very very hard to find late at night as every street looks the same . Taxi dropped us 200 metres from the hotel as there is no car access. staff were difficult wouldn't be going back there has to be better than this supposed 5 star hotel !

Very beautiful, very unique property. They have only 12 rooms, as the rest of the house has been largely kept as it was before, when it's owner lived in it. It is a magnificent immersion in a bygone time. The highlight is the artwork in this place: there are two Monets in the kitchen, one earlier work and one very representative of his Impressionism, several Miros, Bannasser, and apparently there's also a Picasso but I didn't happen to come across it. Staff is very attentive. You have a choice of pillows and rooms are made up twice, the second time being for sleep. The rooftop patio is also not to be missed. All in all great experience, I would just add that we had some difficulty communicating with some of the staff, because we do not speak Spanish and they do not speak English, but the main staff at reception all speak English.

We had the pleasure of staying at Ca Sa Galesa. The hotel itself is stunning. It is an historic home turned into a boutique hotel. The accommodations are wonderful, the attention to detail and hotel staff are wonderful. We were within walking distance to wonderful sites including the Cathedral, shopping and restaurants. The only thing lacking was the air conditioning. We visited at the end of July and it was extremely hot. While the air conditioning worked, it did not cool enough.

I went to the spa and it was ridiculously good. The staff was superb. I went with my partner and we were 10 minutes late because it's REALLY hard to find a parking spot. We were supposed to be there for one hour and a half but u was told we could stay there as long as we'd like because there were no more reservations done for the day. I highly recommend it!

A great little hotel in a superb position, very caring and helpful staff and a lovely hotel full of character. We had a lovely room, air conditioning, great bathroom with excellent shower. Roof top area is great with sun beds and a charming bar overlooking the cathedral. Delightful spa with a lovely pool. So close to everything but still very quiet. They have bikes you can use to explore the city.

This was on of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. On arrival we had a very person service from the staff showing us the whole hotel, it's more like your private town villa than a hotel. The walls are decorated with original works of art and the public areas are so tastefully decorated. The roof terrace has private sun bathing booths and a small plunge pool. The spar is very luxurious and we were given 2 free 15 minute sessions with a great masseur

This was our second stay at this fabulous hotel. The rooms - bedroom and shared areas - are like magazine images - beautifully styled. Our room was comfortable and views from the rooftop terrace (there is a bar, small pool and loungers) are great - the sea to the front and the cathedral to the right. The staff make it extra special - nothing is too much trouble and they are lovely (thank you Beni). Highly recommended.

Se had a great stay here. Perfect location and the service was perfect. We loved the rooftop garden\bar, and will definitely come back. This is not a modern fancy hotel, but more the feeling of traveling back in time, and there is a lot of passion in the walls in this building. Highly recomended for a relaxing weekend for adults.

Some friends and I were visiting Palma and found this hotel. Manager was charming and when we asked if we could come in to have a drink he welcomed us in. I would recommend the rooftop for somewhere quiet and lovely to have drinks with friends.
