Right on the beach with magnificent views of the Mediterranean Sea. Plenty of amenities at the hotel and a variety of menus to suit most travellers.Try and book a high floor sea view room to make the most of the fantastic views.

We stayed at Hotel Nixe Palace two nights (one at the beginning of our trip and one at the end). The hotel has a wonderful beach, pool and spa. The location is excellent and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was excellent

Stayed at the Hotel Nixe Palace for a short 3 night break during the Easter holidays. The staff were extremely courteous and very helpful. The hotel itself is stunning in an amazing location with its own beach and the room and bed was the most comfortable ever. Thoroughly recommended. Will definitely visit again

Nixe Palace is a bit of a find. Looking at their website I had been concerned that it might be a bit corporate and mumsy but in fact, the place has charm. Our room was a good size, very clean and with a direct sea view. The hotel leads directly onto a small beach which, while not exclusively for the use of hotel guests, is situated within a cove which offers protection from the wind and mass tourism. Hotel highlights are the breakfast which is served on the terrace. Buffet breakfast of a good standard, eggs cooked to order, just watch out for the occasional gull. There’s also a good selection of English newspapers. The staff were extremely professional and friendly and a special mention to Simone on reception who speaks beautiful English and gave us five star welcome. Hard to find anything to criticise. Water in the pool could be a little warmer (though we went at Easter so perhaps by August, cold water is just what you need). Music at the poolside restaurant was a bit out of date (‘Do You Really Want to Hurt Me by Culture Club’). The lobby and bar areas is nice but lacks atmosphere in the evenings. Turn down the bright lights, add a few candles and it would instantly be ten times more inviting. Still, the terrace is the perfect place to sit and enjoy a martini.

This hotel is very good, from the front desk and customer services to its location. The beach is realy nice and there are plenty of good restaurants nearby, the spa is also very nice, it’s very easy to find and is only a 15-20 minute drive from the airport. Nina kepic on customer services made us feel very special they even bought my little girl a lovely Easter egg on Easter Sunday. Will definitely return here.

The Nixe is a 5 Star hotel and whilst location and 1 or 2 staff members are worth the stars, the combined experience of Spa, Restaurant (both lobby level as swimming pool) are undermining a 5 Star rating. Waiting times are long (even with a two or three table occupancy) and food is served “not warm or hot” anymore. Waiters are also not checking of the mini bottles of Ketchup or Mayonnaise were previously opened and served in repetition an already opened and consumed ketchup mini bottle, again NOT worth 5 stars. Another suboptimal experience was the valet service for the car, asked for our car to be ready at 18:00, it took forever (twice asking at 18:10 and 18:15), the location of the car was actually not know to the front desk... only after verifying the room number it became apparent that the keys were still at the front desk and the car still parked in a remote location. Finally, just to note, if you are with a family and have children than please note that your kids are only welcome in the indoor swimming pool between 10 and 12 and are then also summoned to be silent... not very child friendly, perhaps it will be a better experience in the summer when kids can enjoy beach and outdoor swimming pool. All in all a mixed experience, wonderful location, excellent guests relations manager (Mr González) clearly earned his skills and insights at a better Residencia) but rest of staff need some management attention and the kitchen and waiting staff needs a larger overhaul.

I stayed for a few nights half board. It was a bit pricy but well worth it. The menu choice for evening dinner was extensive and food was fresh and well prepared. The breakfast was equally good - a wide range of continental offerings including local delicacies in addition to a menu for egg dishes (omelettes etc). Service was excellent and very attentive. The room was spacious and very quiet although lacked a sea view as I chose not to pay more for this. The only downside of the entire stay was that there was a lingering odour of smoke in the room - subtle, but enough to notice each time you entered. The spa was a daily bonus- small indoor pool with multiple jets plus showers, sauna and steam room. The place was empty every time I went so it was a quiet place to rest after a day's walking. The location was just what I wanted. 5000 steps to central Palma (cut the corner off and head across the peninsula by the shopping centre to get there in 30 mins). The bus from the airport arrived in central Palma at the stop right next to the connecting bus to outside the hotel (3 - direction Ses Illettes). It's the next stop after the palace and most buses announce the name of each stop. Overall, I highly recommend

I cannot recommend this hotel enough, the service it’s 5*, Nina at guest services has been amazing and has catered for our every need! Will definitely be coming back! The breach is lovely, would love to return in the summer! Breakfast was lovely with a great service!

My Husband and I stayed here this past December it was top class. We had a sea view room and even though it was December the weather was warm. The room was lovely breakfast really good. The staff could not have been more helpful, nothing was to much troublers you can tell from my comments we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly be returning again this time in the summer

The hotel is in a great location and the views are amazing! It was our first time in Mallorca and the front desk was extremely helpful in suggesting sights and restaurants for our stay. Breakfast was outstanding too.
