I visited this hotel mid October on a conference with work, and what a beautiful hotel it is! I was given a room on the top floor with a sea view, and it was incredible! My only disappointment was that I couldn't spend the whole time sitting on the balcony enjoying the view! My bedroom was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is well looked after and the decor is lovely, clean and modern. The selection of food at breakfast and lunch genuinely amazed me - and I definitely ate my fill. We were very lucky with the weather, and I enjoyed a peaceful afternoon by the pool when we were given the afternoon off. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Overall a really lovely visit, and I would definitely return again for my own personal holiday!
Hotel pretends to be 4+ , but not even close to those standards. Service is unbelievably bad. First - they charged me (probably by accident) 200 euro more than in the invoice. Fine, people make mistakes, but never admitted that and during 7 days of stay they were telling tomorrow. I initiated the investigation and yesterday won the case. More. Only one coffee machine @ the breakfast. Long-huge line to just poor the cup of drink. Next. Loud outside. Windows do not protect. Dont believe to photos about sea food on dinners, it is only one day a week which costs more than any other during the week. Another trick. Next. I asked how to get the taxi @ one of the areas of Magaluf, the answer was there are plenty of cars there. I waited for an hour for the cab to arrive @ 8 PM. Last. before departure i asked to wake us up @ 6-30. do you think they did. Disaster
Really lovely hotel, Breakfast views amazing...... Lots of choice for breakfast.I am a travel agent so v. fussy!!! Reception staff were not overly friendly which was a little disappointing but the hotel itself is decorated beautifully and the catering staff are pleasant. Drinks far to expensive at pool bar though!!!!!! 8/9 euro for a Smirnoff and lemonade and 12/15 euro for a cocktail this needs improvement. Had a lovely little break though would return.
Well from the minute we walked through the door and left just over 2 weeks later we had a ball of a time. All the staff we came into contact with were superb, but especially Sol Bosco in The Level club section, she was a Star. The manager at reception was most helpful also, I'm sorry I can't make out your name you wrote on your business card. Anyway as stated to you if my Wife enjoys the standards at an Hotel it must be good because she's hard to please and expects standards to be as good as The Ritz in London. There was also another gentleman who's name I didn't get, he checked us in at reception, again he was attentive and most helpful with explaining the upgrade procedure and costs which we were glad we decided to take up.
Hotel was really great. We liked location, near the beach, close to Magaluf center/resteaurants/shops and far enough not to hear the night center. So even if we where in Magaluf it was our choice to participate n laodly night life or not. Clean and pretty modern rooms. Clean hotel/rooms/bathroom/swiimming pools. Nice gym. Kind nad supportive personnel in reception, bar, restaurants. Very good and rich breakfast. Improvement areas: swimming pools working hours - open to late, limited parking space (with often police control), entertainment team need to have good training to clarify the purpose, beach bar lunch offer limited vs town restaurans 200m from hotel. Anyway .. strong reco as the value/quality vs price
We have never experienced a better hotel experience anywhere in the world We have booked already for next year An almost faultless experience, where the combination of friendliness and quality and location makes every stay a great joy.
I visited this hotel many years ago when it was the Antillas Sol and the improvements to the infrastructure of the hotel are amazing, the rooms, restaurant, and facilities are five star unfortunately the staff require some re-training. The reception staff hide behind the wall in the office and on three occasions I had to shout to attract their attention. The bar/restaurant at the pool was a little disorganised and we were on a tight schedule to be out by 1400hrs yet when I chased I was told they had forgotten to order so we ran out of time and had to do without. The location of the hotel is perfect for relaxation or within a 5 minute walk you have the action on the strip. Don't let the staff comments put you off as this was a quiet period when maybe staffing levels were low.
Had a short break,; not been to Mallorca before. Excellent stay in one of 'The Level' rooms. Excellent facilities (three pools and right on the beach); excellent variety and quality of food for both breakfast and dinner. Friendly staff. Hotel quite 'corporate' i.e. could do with more colour but still highly recommended.
Very good location near smart restaurants and hotels well away from the strip. Make sure you choose "The Levels". It is a chilled, less busy, part of the hotel with nice music and free drinks and food at cocktail time.
The hotel is amazing. Honestly, so far the best hotel we ever been. The food, the view, the staff. I can’t really describe, how good was our holidays. The location is amazing, you literally can leave the swimming pool and go to the beach in one min and do it back and forward, as many times as you like. But for as what made was the main difference was the food. They are so careful with that. Honestly. The breakfast... oh the breakfast... those coconut cakes... and the dinner... they didn’t only had variety, they had quality, and for us, that’s a big plus. Thank you for the amazing holidays.
