We stayed at this hotel in September for a week having been impressed with the reviews and photographs on their website. Firstly the positive the staff are great! Nothing was too much trouble and everyone really made you feel welcome. The location is ok, second line beach front. But! There is probably only one room with a sea view, and that's the one featured on the website. The rest face the street or on the other side the side of a building. Rooms are very basic. The beds and linen are good. Bath towels appalling! We had to take them down to reception one night as they were no more than rags! No amenities in the room, not even a kettle! TV only in German. Tried to change it a few times, but no luck. Breakfast is quite poor and pretty much the same everyday. The worst of the worst is the coffee! They have a help yourself machine in the main restaurant and all that I can say is they need to throw it out! Many guests leave positive reviews and I guess we had higher expectations. I would certainly never stay here again.
Upon my first evening meal at the Hotel which was chicken and vegetables which was cold and most definitely under a temperature to rapidly excelerate the growth of harmful bacteria and most definitely in breach of food health and hygiene regulations. ,I spent the night in the bathroom being violently ill so much so that my ribcage muscles had gone into a spasm and locked. I spent the rest of my holiday in excruciating pain and to this day I am still in pain. I went to the Farmacia and to the Doctors whilst on holiday. Isobel and the other lady receptionist was very kind, sympathetic and helpful. As for other members of staff (male) were rude and unhelpful. Upon my return to the UK on 21st September within 2 hours I was taken to hospital where the above diagnosis was made. This Hotel was recommended to me and I can honestly say I wish it hadn't been. I will never stay there again. Christine
At the lower end of hotel price structure in C'an Picafort and a bargain to be sure , bang in the centre of the action and only a 100 or so metres from the beach . Clean and tidy on suite rooms with good towels and even a free pair of room slippers . The girl on reception was ultra friendly and even sorted out a glass of cava whilst she worked out our paperwork . The one and only disappointment was the heating arrangements for the breakfast food it was served not far from cold . All in all an excellent stay and well recommended .
Food always cold. Some of the hotel staff were rude. There was always a horrible smell in the corridor when entering or leaving the room. Rug in room never saw a vacuum cleaner. Sheets were not changed all week nor towels. There is nothing much that was good about this hotel.
We arrived at our hotel on 29th June, late due to a delayed flight, and were greeted by a very helpful member of staff who ensured we had some refreshments before we were given our room. The hotel and room were clean and quiet, maid service was quick and efficient. Food was presented to a good standard with plenty of choice. On our departure date when our transport failed to arrive we were very grateful to find that a staff member called Isobel went over and above her job to ensure that we had transport arranged to the airport. We would happily stay at this hotel again, and would recommend it to others.
I'm returning to this hotel for the third year running ,the hotelis spotlessly clean and it has a supermarket opposite where you can buy milk ,water ect ,The hotel is also ideally located for the beach being only one minute walk away ,around the hotel are restaurants of all sorts and plenty of shops for holiday buys ,To get to alcudia market just come out the hotel turn left and walk for 5mins then cross the rd outside the bank you can pick up the local bus ,they run often ,the market is on every Sunday and Tuesday with Tuesday being less crowded This hotel has something for everything ,the food is well presented and it covers most food tastes ,the staff are very friendly and can't do enough for you ,also the maids are lovely and my room was kept spotless ,l shall definitely be returning next year
Single traveller but in a double room, very clean and comfortable. Didn't eat at the Hotel but other guests thought the food was OK. Location great, 50 mtrs from lovely beach, was out of season so not crowded. William's Bar and The London Pub serving proper English breakfasts were a short stroll away. Drawbacks were TV had only news channels (in English), Hotel entertainment was extremely limited and the pool was across the street from the Hotel (no pool bar). On the plus side, there where plenty of loungers and the place was quite a sun trap.
I am returning to this hotel again this year ,after a pleasant stay last sept ,l was greeted by the night staff Lipo a lovely man ,who offered me refreshments ,l was then given a room with two bedrooms in it. As l was on my own l didn't need to stay there ,so the next morning the mangeress gave me the same room that l had the last year overlooking the pool and sea .The beds are comfortable and the cleaning is first class you can have your towels and sheets changed daily if you want ,they leave you a card and if you want clean sheets you put it on the bed ,if you want clean towels you leave them in the bath .The food is well prepared and even l could find something to eat and lm a fussy eater .There is plenty to do here ,you can do the buggy trips round the resort ,horse ride ,go to the markets at aculdia ,the buses run frequently and you can pick it up outside the bank across from the hotel Miramar ,markets are on Tuesday and Sunday .Tuesday not so crowded as Sunday And the wi fi is to die for and it's free also you get a free fridge in your rooms
My daughter and I spent a week at this lovely hotel.Very clean, tasty food with a different theme each evening, rooms spacious with maid service daily. Lovely pool with plenty of sun loungers and parasols. Close to beach and bars/restaurants but no noise on an evening.Staff very friendly and helpful..All in all one of the best stays we've had in Majorca! 🙂🙂🙂
Just got back from here let's start with the hotel if you are English don't come to this hotel it caters for Germans only, staff speak very little English they are pleasant enough rooms and hotel is clean it's in a great location the food is basic again catered for for the Germans it's never hot the food just lukewarm, the resort it's self is okay plenty of restaurants and pubs cafe which most are very nice and staff are lovely on another hand we found staff in the shops very rude and arragont , the beach is beautiful 13 euro for loungers and umbrellas the only down side when the sea is a bit choppy they won't let you in it and can I just say it wasn't even bad so that was really disappointing would I come back to this hotel no would I come back to this resort no hope this helps you if you are English and wanting to come here also please be aware transfer from Parma airport to resort took 3 hours not 1 and half like stated .
