Excellently placed for access into town, exceptionally clean, but the furniture in the room was a little 'tired' looking, shall we say, although in all honesty it didn't detract from the room itself. Food was good but because we were out and about mostly we ate out the majority of the time. All in all a good hotel, really enjoyed the stay.
Wonderful staff, this is our 3rd visit and was welcomed back like we were family Reception staff wonderful as with all the staff could not fault anyone. Room on 8th floor wonderful views, lovely food and drink Just a lovely experience all round We will be back soon Thank you to all the staff for looking after us and making it that little bit extra special
This hotel was very clean and tidy . The food was very nice but found there was not that much variety day to day . The staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful . We arrived about 10am on a Saturday and were not supposed to get ours rooms till after 1 . They sorted it so we were all in by half 11 . The pool and surrounding area was a bit dated and in need of doing up
Me and a couple of friends stayed in this hotel last week for only a week and I can say that we were disappointed. One of our main concerns was the food temperature *every* day for each of the three meals on offer. Our flight was at 00:15 the next day and was asked that we hand in our all inclusive wrist bands at 11AM, which seemed strange. We then would have to pay 15 euros for each meal we wanted as a sort of booster add on which we didn't think was on at all. Some of the staff didn't look like they wanted to work there, and there were a couple of rude managers. Our hotel room was good, but the view was not so good. Hotel pool: cold, with floating debris. It is obviously not cleaned thoroughly enough. In addition it is next to a school or something so it can be quite loud depending on the time of day so maybe it's best to just take a swim in the sea just down the hill about 10 minutes away. We were only three of several youngsters there to find many OAPS. which makes sense considering it's an adult only spa/hotel. Probably won't come back here despite the good points mentioned.
We have just returned from this hotel on Sunday 15th October. After booking this hotel i was very worried after reading some of the reviews. We were a family of 5 adults and we were very pleasantly. We arrived at 10.30am and expected our room not to ready which wasn't a problem. We checked in and left our luggage and went for a walk down to a beautiful beach and promanade. We went back about 12.30pm and our rooms were ready. Yes they are a bit dated but everything was very clean. We were on the 7th floor so really quite quietThe beds were very comfortable and you could have clean towels everyday if you wanted. The dining room was well laid out and big veriation of food. The only complaint i have is the food was not hot and was not labelled very well and unable to read it as the print was so small!!!! The Spa area was beautiful and very clean. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We would go back to this hotel again but not in the height of the season. Sometimes i don't know what people expect on holiday and do nothing but complain about any little thing. You get what you pay for!!!!
Hotel was fine, not far from beach ( although if you have mobility issues its up a steep slope), clean, food ok not fabulous but salad bar was great and there is plenty to eat. Pool is fine , not too cold but nice to cool down in. Bus stop outside hotel. The hotel was relatively quiet (apart from our last night but feel that was a one off occurrence) Staff were pleasant. I had a massage in the spa which was very good. Guests Mixed nationality ( predominately German) but no sun bed hoggers! we went in June and there were a lot of young holiday makers (mainly German) partying in the area/at the beach. We never felt uncomfortable though . The beach has several beach bars every few hundred metres - friendly staff and nice ambiance - good cocktails. Day trip to Palma which was lovely. Overall - good hotel - great for a short week as a couple
Do not and I mean do not book this despicable hotel. The manageress is the most intransigent woman I have ever met. I booked to stay at this hotel for 2 nights. We arrived at midnight on the first night and stayed for almost 48 hours. However our all inclusive deal was terminated at 11 AM of day 2 and despite protestations that we had only enjoyed 1 day of all inclusive package the manageress would not budge. She advised us that the package was the same all over Europe and always ended at 11 AM on the day of departure. That is simply not true so unless you intend arriving prior to 11 Am on any day you cannot possibly benefit from booking any all inclusive deal. Any NORMAL all inclusive package is from the moment you arrive at the hotel until you depart. This hotel does its utmost to ensure you don’t get such a deal and really does not want to accommodate all inclusive guests. Please think long and hard before you book this awful establishment!
Stayed in hotel torre azul for 4 nights in August. The staff were lovely and extremely helpful. The room was lovely and well kept although a little dated but this is only a matter of taste and had no impact on our stay. The food on the all inclusive deal was varied everyday and there was well marked out food allergen labels which was helpful as I am gluten free. If I had any questions about the food, the staff were generally able to help. There is a good range of drinks available on the all inclusive deal. The spa was absolutely lovely and although it was an extra, the cost was extremely reasonable. A short downhill walk took you to the beaches and the main strip in el arenal. Overall, it was a lovely stay and we would happily visit the hotel again in the future.
A clean hotel, with a nice sized room. Friendly staff. However don’t be fooled by the adult only bit as it is right next door to a noisy kids nursery so relaxing by the tiny pool (with not a huge amount of sun) is noisy at some points during the day. A good breakfast included in our deal. The pool is small and I imagine gets very busy during peak times of the year. The walls don’t appear to be very thick as it can be noisy during the night. It was an average hotel but sadly not quite as good as it was made out to be.
hotel clean on first sight. bathroom had leaks/ bed awful no protectors on walls paper thin/ food disgusting. meals were cold complained and told problem with hotplate/ still like this on leaving after a week.pork uncooked pink in middle.went all inclusive no drinks etc after 11pm/ bar staff served paying guests before us.arrived at 10.50 in evening no food or drink available.awful service. would not advise a trip here to anyone
