Think of an hotel with reasonable prices on best performance. Staff quailified utmost, rooms facing the most spectacular sea wiew, Spanish food and drinks offered so generously that, be careful about gaining weight. No, you can't get fat, cause you will dance at show club time, and swim in a aquarium quality sea. So happy to have a 10 days vacation, thank you all.
we spent 6 days at this hotel and it is a lovely hotel with amazing grounds our room was large and very well furnished the only problem was it was bed and breakfast so we had to pay for our food the rest of the time and the previous hotel we stayed in was ai , the evening meal in the hotel was 22 euros each with out any thing to drink not even water was free so we ate in a cafe close-by it was a lot cheaper and very good
We were put here for 3 nights as our ryanair flight was cancelled 😠 however couldn't be more happy the hotel is beautiful, the gardens at night are gorgeous and all lit up. The views are amazing, it has 2 pools and also access to the sea which was great for a morning swim! We were in apartment H2 which was very spacious and had everything you need, it was a bit dated but still very nice and homely. The balcony is big with table and chairs if you wanted to sit and eat a meal while taking in the amazing views, the only bad point was it smelt a bit damp in the bedroom. The breakfast was good some items I didn't think was for breakfast (green beans, chips) Lol but each to their own, there was a large variety of hot and cold food fruit breads and a guy that made omelettes and pancakes:) There was entertainment on 2 nights that we were there and although we didn't go we were listening on our balcony and they sounded very good! There's a lot of stairs in the hotel so I wouldn't advise for anyone with mobility issues. There's a small shop across the road and also a couple along the street along with some restaurants and a Chinese, the area is really quiet with not a lot to do at night so I wouldn't go with young kids I think it's more for people who want a quiet peaceful holiday lol. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel that takes you along to palma and the buses are about every 10 minutes so that's handy. The staff are all very nice and helped us out as much as they could in our situation with ryanair.
Can't rate this hotel highly enough. Lovely breakfast and so helpful staff. This is ideal if you don't like sand as you jump straight into sea. Not ideal for children but beach nearby. Try to avoid room 6 as smells of dampness. Having said that just went for short break but would go as main holiday.
Any negatives at this hotel simply don't matter, the location and views are awesome!! My second stay at this hotel and I will return. This hotel is need of upgrades, rooms are basic, bathroom was really small, maid service is not great, but I don't care, I love this hotel. Good staff throughout the hotel, breakfast is superb and good value, breakfast staff are brilliant. Snack / pool bar staff fabulous, food at snack bar actually very good. Swimming in sea perfect direct from hotel, no sand! Bus right outside hotel in to Palma City. I will be back (and I actually live in Spain) I love this hotel and have enjoyed a really relaxing vacation. Book junior suite room 32, 33 or 34, simply fabulous views!
Visited with my hubby for one week, lovely clean spacious hotel, superb food, lovely staff, (couple of frosty receptionists) very friendly bar staff in both cafeteria and snack bar. Room kept very clean, clean towels every day and clean bedding every two days. Hotel is on many levels with lots of steps to lower terrace, plenty of sun beds to use, found the sun to disappear around two o'clock due to high building and large over hanging trees (could do with a trim). Beach about 10 minute walk from hotel but very overcrowded and 20 euros to hire sun brolly and two beds, with a very expensive bar at the back of the beach with very arrogant staff, so only used this once. Couple of spa shops nearby for newspapers, water, and any food items you require, passing by there is a couple of local bars, didn't use so can't comment. I believe hotel has just introduced entertainment on some nights and what we saw was very very good, not the usual hotel entertainment, this was quite up market singers. On the whole an enjoyable holiday, but beware lots of steap steps outside to all levels, not such a problem inside the hotel as there are plenty of elevators to use. We were on the 9th floor room 90 (63 stairs to climb)which has a side sea view and small terrace to the rear of the hotel which we found to be very noisy as a busy road with every 10 min bus service that does not seam to stop, and frequented about three times a day by the bin men (very clean resort). Also quite a dark spacious room that needed a bit of an upgrade as a bit dated, needed the lights on most days to see. Bathroom was spacious and plenty of hot water. Would definitely return but would request a room with a front sea view and maybe on second floor.
An aging hotel in a wonderful location. Restaurant food was varied and delicious. Those with mobility issues should not book here as access to the outdoor terraces involves many steps. I would rate the hotel as 3.5 stars. I would be happy to stay here again.
This is a beautiful hotel, in a fantastic location. Excellent views from the sea view rooms. Lovely swimming pools and sun lounge areas. Loved the steps down into the sea from the lower sun deck. Breakfast was fantastic, with everything you could imagine. All areas of the hotel were immaculate and staff were very helpful. Rooms were a good size. The hotel has many levels, with lots of steps, which I loved but this could be an issue for anyone with mobility issues.
We booked this holiday with Jet2 from Stansted Airport. Great flight and plenty of legroom on the plane. Transfer around 35-40 minutes. We booked the holiday for 1 week. On arrival at the Hotel we were greeted by Irena, what a lovely and efficient person she is always on hand to help and with a smile. We are a party of 6 plus 2 babies , 2 adults and a 6 week old arrived 2 days before us and were given an apartment across the road which they were happy with. The remaining 4 adults and a 14 month old were upgraded to a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment with a sea view. Very spacious, clean and with a kitchen with Fridge/freezer, hob etc. We were extremely happy with the room. The towels changed daily and sheets I think twice. The shower was very powerful and there was also a bath. The views from the room are amazing. The breakfast in the main restaurant was extremely good having an excellent choice , full English ,fruit etc etc. Dinner in the same Restaurant beware long trousers must be worn. The Dinner was great again plenty of choice, and a varied menu. The Staff again are great with Juan Maria being a total star, but all the waiters and waitresses are excellent being efficient and always a smile. The Bar staff again I cant fault them whether in the snack bar or cafeteria bar always there for you. I must comment on the barmen in the snack bar they are first class. Now for the downside: If you have mobility problems this probably isn't the Hotel for you, having said that a lot of the guests were elderly and they managed. No beach as such although a 10 minute or so walk takes you to a lovely beach with bars and sun beds. The pools are small and sunbeds few although we never had a problem getting one when we wanted them. I would absolutely definitely stay here again. Very close to 5 star had the pools and sun bed area been larger it would be 5 star
We had an amazing stay at this hotel and highly recommend it to anyone considering. Our room was spacious, modern and very clean (I think some of the pictures online are outdated). We had an amazing view of the sea and a spacious balcony. The room was cleaned daily and was always spotless. Staff were very polite, attentive and professional. We had breakfast at the hotel every morning which included a huge buffet with every breakfast food you could imagine. Only a short walk from the beach and several supermarkets which we shopped at a lot. We spent most of our time at the beach because unfortunately the sun beds around the pool were almost always reserved (despite a sign stating that guests were not permitted to reserve sun beds; this was a shame). There was also amazing entertainment most evenings which we enjoyed from our balcony due to a brilliant view.
