My partner and I went to this spa /hotel . when on arrival we got a complimentary class of champagne , the staff are very friendly and well mannered .the hotel is spotless the cleaning staff are on the go all day and evening nothing is not any bother to them ,just ask !. The only fault was the hot food was a bit on the cold side , but as soon as I told the director and the jet 2 rep it was fixed immediately , and got a letter of apology ,the spa was out of this world . would I go back YES ... The up side it is good value for the money ,it is right on the beach and the view from room 209 was out of this world . keep up the good work guys .....

Coming for years to the Ferrer Janeiro for sports I wanted to try the Concord for the view it has on the Sea. Showing my friend around and anything else would be bonus and we were positively surprised.

Nice, clean hotel. Friendly staff. Nice food. Superb beach. This part of the town is quiet. Ideal for couples. I visited in September. The weather was nice, the sea temperature also. I would definitely come back.

This hotel has a fab location, very clean and lovely staff. It is fairly basic but a gem. I will most definitely return for a few cheeky nights in Majorca out of season again. Only had breakfast (which was fine) so can't really comment on the food.

No inside facilities for families, tiny/no family rooms. Queues for a cup of coffee. Restaurant overcrowded. Power goes off from time to time. Sleepless night because of the noise and sewage smell, seaweed covered the beach.. The drinks at the bar could be better. the waiter tried but couldn't do a G&T right.

The greeting on arrival was second to none. The receptionist was very welcoming providing us with a cold towel and a glass of cava. We upgraded to a sea view room and this was not expensive and worth every penny. The bedrooms are not very big but clean and comfortable. I do not understand why you have to pay over 2€ a night to access the safe which is just a code which in other hotels has always been free! We paid 2€ a night for wifi in our room which was ok but not the fastest! We drove to the hotel from the airport and parking is free in the streets around the hotel however on Friday there is a market and if your car is in the main street it will be towed away! You are given a sitting for dinner which you have to adhere to for the first night but after that you can change to one of your choosing. You are given a table number and that is yours for dinner every night. Breakfast is plentiful however the same every single day and took some getting used to to seeing deep fried broccoli on the menu for breakfast! It seems that the menu is very geared toward the many German guests at the hotel in fact we didn't hear many English voices. The evening meal was different every evening however the same format i.e. paella, some grilled meats, a stew, frozen veg and the deserts the same but again plentiful. That one problem we had was with residents reserving sunbeds with their towels and bags. Worse was that they didn't even use them all day - this was very frustrating. The hotel needs to adopt other hotel's principles and remove any towels if the sunbeds are not used after say two hours to be fair to all the guests. The pool is very very small and we didn't use this but the sea is so close and so warm and a lovely sandy beach that you didn't need the pool. The hotel is on a lovely promenade and you can walk easily into Can Picafort which we did every evening after dinner. It only takes about 15 minutes. I would definitely return to this hotel because of its location and the peace and quiet it provides. This is not the hotel for you if you want to be surrounded by British as the guests are mainly European.

Just arrived home from a 4 night stay at this hotel. Really enjoyed it. The rooms were spotless and the beds very comfortable. It was my husbands birthday while we were there and he got a Happy Birthday message and the maid left him a birthday cake made from towels with lollipops in it. Such a lovely personal touch. You can use their sister hotel and spa located across the road. They have a bigger pool and entertainment in the evening. We didn't eat in the hotel but it looked like the usual buffet style all inclusive range.

My boyfriend and I had a week half board here. It was a lovely little place, the views on the beach front are breathtaking. It was like paradise. My favourite things were the restaurant, food and service, the selection of drinks at the bar, esp the cocktails of the day. The only downside is the taxis on the island are expensive for transfers to the airport, we booked a coach return with Rudy at reception whom we found to be most helpful. Upon arrival Rudy also gave us a cool glass of OJ.

We stayed at Ferrer Concord beginning of Sept for 9 days as a couple with our 7 month old baby. We can fully recommend the hotel for this purpose: Rooms: We have chosen the superior room with sea view. I would definitely recommend to spend money on this option for several reasons. 1) According to other reviews superior room is a must. It has good convenience, nice bathroom but most important: a great acoustic insulation - you hear nearly nothing from outside/nearby rooms. 2) The sea view is just superb, and you spend your evenings at the balcony just observing the sea, stars and moon. Definitely worth the money. We had to stay for the first 2 days at the opposite side - no comparison 4) The noise from outside. While the street view offers typical street noise (still good door isolation), you can leave the sea view rooms door open and just hear the ocean at night. Room cleaning was okay, but could be improved, depending on cleaner on duty (ie under bed...) Surrounding: Best place to stay. Much nicer than can picaford itself (more silent, little bit less touristic), directly at the seafront promenade where you can have a long walk to the harbor and can picafort center (15 min), and also nice for running, cycling, etc. Several public benches to rest and small children's playground. Some restaurants and bars are very close and nice to take a rest. Nevertheless don't expect too fancy restaurants in this area. The beach is literally just next to the hotel. Crystal clear water, lifeguards, beach beds to rent and enough space to put your own umbrella/tent. Great beach bar "bananas" with drinks and good food, also nice to spend the evening here. Food: The breakfast has everything one would request from cereals to typical english breakfast. Nice smoothies every ~ 2nd day, but no fresh juice every day. The dinner offers a broad variation in good quality, we liked it but after some days it got a bit boring as the variation in the main dishes was less broad than with starters. All in all it is nice, but still some room for improvement regarding variation and creativity at main courses. The best thing of course is to sit outside, next to the sea and just enjoy the unobstructed view to the promenade and ocean - that's what I will keep in good memory. Staff: Very friendly and helpful all the time. German speaking and professional. Anything else: Pool is not very large, but you could use the partner hotel just opposite the street (we never did). If you have a rental care, beware of thiefs - ours got broken at cap ferrat, which is a popular spot for that. Advise is to leave the window open a bit, open the glove box and trunk coverage so thiefs see there is nothing to steal and do not damage your rental car by breaking/twisting the door. Great cities to visit nearby are Pollenca (which we liked most), Arta and Alcudia. Check for the market days, cities are getting crowded then and parking is rare. We can definitely recommend the hotel for a convenient stay. The concept is functional, professional and offers good value for money. If you like a great location directly next to the beach, a nice hotel with sea view and okay/good (but not exceptional) food definitely go for this hotel! Room for improvement as mentioned with variation and creativity of food, also the indoor eating area looks a little bit too functional and has no real "flair". I can also not comment how crowded it gets in the restaurant at the peak season.

We stayed at the Ferrar Concord for seven nights from 4th of August before travelling to Iberostar Playa de Muro. As this was the cheaper of the two we expected it to be less impressive. We were wrong. Our check in was effortless with drinks being offered and we were able to go to our room straightaway which was great as we had been on a 6am flight from Luton so were feeling a little weary.our room was Seaview which was lovely but only 2 chairs for 3 people and it took 3 requests before we got another chair. Although room slightly small it was very clean. Nice to be able to sit outside to eat if wanted and we liked having time slot of 8pm onwards so no having to look for a table as we had allocated table with view of sea. Food was slightly limited and could do with more variety but I know lots more Austria and Swiss people book holidays than English. Saying that I did speak to an Austrian lady who was staying all inclusive but ate out twice over 11 days because food was a bit repetitive. I noticed that snacks and drinks available 24 hours which was not case at my next hotel. so I hope this is seriously looked at. Beautiful area and lovely interesting coastline to look at as you walk along promenade into main town. I really felt relaxed and able to get away from crowds of people when I wanted but could access more lively surrondings when wanted. I did not feel nearly as relaxed in next destination. Lovely market outside once a week. I would definitely come back to this area and maybe hotel but only for bed and breakfast if reviews show food variety is still an issue.
