This hotel is not spotless but clean bedroom has a fridge but although we were all inclusive no water was in our room for our arrival. Other hotels always have water for new arrivals. When we asked reception for two bottle of water we were directed to the bar that Ok but, the bar will only give you a 5 inch plastic cup! In the dinning room you will only get one small glass of water. Of course they will give you as many pint of beer as you want. Spirit drinks are only local and taste vile. This hotel is geared for the German clients any announcements made German was the first language English was last. The food was not bad but once again aimed at German palates. Staff were pleasant, entertainment is rubbish the seating for outside entertainment are steel chairs without cushions. Majorca has not got the same friendly atmosphere maybe because we are leaving the EU and they wish it was them!!
We visited this fabulous hotel on the 20th may for a week to celebrate my 60th birthday. Arrived at midnight and the guy on reception booked us in and told us there was some food for us in the restaurant which was lovely. We went to our room which was lovely but too many stairs for me so I got changed to a different room when one became available which was also very nice, big bedroom, walk in shower with free toiletries, and big balcony, the beds have memory foam mattresses which were very comfortable the pillows were a bit to high but we got them changed. There is a small fridge in the room and a safe in the wardrobe (2 euro per day). The food was gorgeous and plentiful and lots of choice. The only thing is the plates for breakfast were only tea plates so you can't get all of your full English on one plate. The pool area was large and no problem getting A sun bed, you can hire towels for 15 euro but you get that back when you hand them back in. It was quick and easy to get served at the bar and on an evening there was waiter service, evening entertainment was good except the night when the guy from the animation team did a one man comedy show, that wasn't good, but he tried his best. For my birthday I received a pearl and diamonti bracelet which was lovely. My stay here was one of the best holiday we had, great hotel, staff, management and resort, would I go back, most definitely
Room was very nice and the bathroom well equipped it had nice towels, hairdryer small amount of toiletrys.saga rep was very helpful did a few quizzes as there was only 7 at first with saga the end majority of the holiday makers were. from Germany .oh and they have a lovely indoor pool and jacuzzi, sauna.they also had a variety of entertainment but get a table near the front as there are pillars blocking the view.
Wonderful hotel can't fault in any way. We went with SAGA top class service. Food fantastic. Room lovely. Staff courteous and helpful always smiling. Plenty of sun beds. Pool boy William was great. Hotel in a great position. Yes majority of guests were German but they were friendly and nice. Please go here with SAGA and meet Charlie. Airport SAGA staff great.
ive just spent a week there. lovely hotel. clean food great staff friendly and helpful. its near the shops and beach. entertainment in the evenings was good every night something to watch.. dont let the fact that the germans go there put you off i was glad to see more british there to. i have stay there before and will be back again. thank you to everyone. and hope to be back soon.
Great hotel , everything was excellent beautiful pool area, food was supper. Rooms were very good well adequate and modern. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Good position for pedestrianised promenade loads of shops and bars. This hotel is predominately German residents, so English is second language but hey ho youre a foreigner here too, as long as you don,t mind the rudeness a lot of them had. Only down side and I would have given top rating, most entertainment finished really early in the evening so sat there looking at each other till bar closed or walked the prom but most of that was shutting down at 10pm.
we are staying at the hotel said at the moment and we have not been at all disappointed we are on the sixth floor overlooking the pool. The staff are excellent nothing is too much bother the rooms are really clean and although we are only having breakfastThe choices absolutely amazing. The Pool area is absolutely spotless there is a hairdryer and a fridge in my room it's a shame we can't make a hot drink but then we are on holiday after all. I would highly recommend this hotel nothing was a disappointment
Stayed at this hotel last week 22nd to 29th April 2017. This was our second visit staying all inclusive and found it to be as good as ever. It is in a good position very clean with lovely pool areas. We were given a free upgrade to i believe a junior suite this was excellent very large with a big balcony. The food was first class and the staff in all departments were very friendly and couldn't do enough to help. Apart from one rainy day the weather was very good. Cannot comment on the entertainment as we did not watch any of the shows. It was my Birthday during our stay the hotel thought it to be my wife's and she was given a very nice pearl bracelet a a birthday present we explained the mix up and were told gents are usually given a bottle of wine As neither of us drink we opted to accept the bracelet. We can understand the comments re very limited number of British guests however this did not spoil our holiday in any way and we will certainly be returning to stay at this hotel again. Roly v
Spent 11 days here with Jet2 holidays. Our twin room with pool and sea view was fine...not enormous but big enough with good storage space.....note tea lovers ..no tea making facilities! The balcony was quite big and pleasant to sit at during the afternoon...note ...balcony is in shade in the afternoon, which suited me fine but might not everyone. There is a safe which costs about 10 euros a week......maid was efficient and rooms were cleaned well.Nice complimentary toiletries in the bathroom. Food very good...a good selection every night and breakfast catered for those who like their "full English" as well as healthier eaters. Half board is a very good option....only go all inclusive if you like to frequent the bar a lot....otherwise I'd say it wasn't worth it. Pool was large but cold...so very few people braved it...the indoor pool is small but heated...if you like sharing it with a lot of small children! Location is OK...a short walk to the beach and the main pedestrian shopping street...there's a 24 hour small supermarket across the road from the hotel. If you hire a car parking can be a challenge as the hotel doesn't have a car park...it was OK in April but high season would be a different story i think. Entertainment...a real mixed bag.....something for the children for a half hour before the main entertainment at 9pm each evening ...plus the obligatory bingo 2 nights a week. Don't go expecting Vegas style acts...you get what you pay for. To sum up considering this hotel is one of the cheapest of the Hipotel Group (which seems to have the complete monopoly in this resort) we came away feeling we had got a good deal. Some quick afterthoughts don't go if you don't like Germans...must account for 95% of the clientele...we found them friendly though, no problem. One quick note about car hire...don't use Hiper...there are good options in the side street next to the hotel .If you book with Jet2.com don't expect a welcome meeting....the rep visits for one hour each morning and there's a number to call for help. The hotel staff were really helpful, some even spoke English as well as German!!. Enjoy!
Felt we needed to write a review for our stay at hipotels said. It's a very clean well run hotel, with a lovely pool area, and lots of shops bars and amusements near by. The food is of an excellent standard, though at times we felt it didn't cater enough for the children. We did ask for a child friendly menu which was supplied after this. Our one negative was it is mainly German occupied, so entertainment was geared towards them. We didn't realise this,so felt as English we were out numbered! The area itself has alot to offer, but sadly for us we wouldn't return to this hotel. The weather was super, and a very clean beach nearby...
