First stayed at this property in July 2017. We had an amazing time and very rarely return to hotels. We were back again in April and have booked again for late May! Yes, it really is worth a return visit(s). Spotless hotel which is so hip it hurts! Beautiful minimalist decor and such a chilled out vibe without being unwelcoming or über trendy. They have the balance just right. Food excellent especially the Japanese night. Absolutely outstanding. Good quality drinks serviced by friendly and efficient staff. We stayed all inclusive and it’s faultless. Lovely pool area with comfortable beds and everywhere kept clean and tidy. I am ultra fussy and I can usually find fault with something. I’m pleased to say HM Balanguera Beach have surpassed themselves! One of my all time favourite places to stay.

A nice design hotel, it is near the boulevard, Its clean, there is a good variety of food and friendly staff. there is a swimming pool, the water is cold in the preseason. on the roof terrace you can sunbathe and there is a small pool.

Definitely a cool and chic base to stay. Liked it the minute we walked in and the receptionist was really nice and friendly. Arrived in the morning and got into our room a couple of hours later. They have a very very nice bar and pool next to it and we used that area a lot. Everything around the hotel is kept spotless and is all very chic. The room we were given was again spotless and white with a good bed and nice bathroom. There’s a small gym and sauna downstairs which we used once and was good. The hotel is across the road from the beach which is massive and very nice. There are cafes dotted along the seafront so nice to go for a walk and stop for a coffee or cold drink. Saw quite a few Germans/Brits around the resort and at the hotel seemed like a mixture of many nationalities which we prefer. Very good hotel for the price and although we’d booked all inclusive, we thought we wouldn’t use it to it’s full advantage, but we loved the food and ate loads!

The Hotel itself is nice enough, modern in places. It’s a good 3star, it’s not a 4 Star. The food is 10/10. Staff are about 50% nice. “Satellite TV” has 1 English news channel and 17 German channels. The hotel is bang in the middle of the German quarter. No entertainment in the hotel at all. The pool is like an ice pond. It never heats up. No pubs or clubs in the area at all. It’s a holiday to do nothing. If you like a full English, a pub quiz or just a drink to meet people from the UK, this hotel isn’t in the area for that. If you’re going to this Hotel, all inclusive is a must. It would be too dear otherwise. 6/10 and that’s mostly for the food.

We got really lucky with this hotel, primarily as its just a one minute walk from the beach, its got a fantastic outdoor pool and just terrific sea view, you pay for the location and we lucked out! The room was really modern with a contemporary terrace, flat-screen television, hairdryer, and big windows with bright light coming through during the day. One of the cute things we really liked was the bike rental, made it so easy for us to get around and really have a fun time. I would say this hotel is pretty quiet and romantic, did not see any kids that I can remember, we got lucky, booked pretty last minute and got received great quality in this hotel.

This is a really nice hotel, only a few small things would make it great. Firstly there is no TV in the bar area, I have never been to a hotel with no TV in the bar area! There are only two English news channels in the room and they are based around stocks and shares, not for me! Our room was clean and modern but there is very little space to hang clothes and the shower area is tiny. I asked for a pool view prior to arriving but at check in I was told I would have to pay 15 euros extra per night for a pool view! The pool area is small and I would imagine in peak summer, beds would be hard to come by, however we had no problems this time of year. Weather not the best, 3 days of rain. A huge lack of entertainment at this hotel, no TV and no night time entertainment. No Animation Team or sporting activities on offer. We stayed all inclusive, the drinks were fine and the food was amazing, great themed nights and plenty of choice. Restaurant was nicely decorated and spacious. I think that heated plates would help keep your food hot, some of my dinners were only luke warm. There are bars and restaurants nearby but not many English ones at all. Struggled to find an English bar to watch the football, ended up nearly 1.5 miles away at a nice little bar called the Manchester Bar! Probably wouldn’t come here again, but don’t regret my choice.

Our type of hotel. Looked trendy and modern and clean as we arrived to reception. Great location across the road from the beach too. Good rooms that they’ve kept simple and clean and bed really comfortable and good shower. Had breakfast at the hotel in price and it was good. Fresh produce every morning and plenty of choice whatever your preferences. Staff all friendly. Lot’s of couples staying so not too noisy. Bus or taxi easy to take to get into the city and if you like cycling there’s places to rent bikes. An ideal hotel for a weeks break in the sunshine.

Stayed here for a week as part of a TUI package holiday but it was not to their usual standard. This is a hotel for short stays rather than holidays. We knew it was not on the sea front but on the road just back from the beach. Unfortunately this resulted in a lot of road noise particularly at night. This was not helped by having to keep the balcony door open because the air con is not switched on in April! Rooms are small with little storage space but clean. Lifts were continually breaking down which is not great when you are on the 7th floor. Pool area is small and in shade some of the day. Restaurant is Ok but no atmosphere. Food is good with a wide choice and staff were friendly. All in all not a hotel you would want to return to.

Recently came back from our first holiday in Majorca and cant believe its taken this long to visit such a majestic place! The moment we arrived at the property we knew this would be a great hotel, warm welcomes from everyone that greeted and helped us. The hotel is tasteful and modern and clean, everything is bright and white and pretty. The pool is very big and there is space for everyone, never had to worry about getting a sunbed in the morning, opposed to other large hotels where you have to run first thing in the morning and fight other guests. We stayed in a very comfortable Double Room with free wifi, safe, balcony, and refrigerator. Overall we can say this island is fantastic and we made the right choice.

We picked this hotel of the TUI website as we know the Playa De Palma area and the pictures of the hotel looked good. We arrived on the saturday and checked in quickly,we had to take our luggage up to our room ourselves as they have no bell boys, this is when the dissapointment started, the room was very small with little storage for our clothes,i went straight down stairs to ask for a larger room even said we would pay extra, told there was no bigger rooms. The problem was we had come for a two week break in the sunshine and as such had brought enough clothes for two weeks and ended up living out of a suitcase, not even any draws to put in underwear etc. The staff in the restaurant were very miserable, never greeted with a good morning, the cooked food was always warm to cold, the plates to use for the cooked food were cold. The bar area was good and clean and Tommy and Sole were very hard working and friendly,Valario and Havia tried hard but were not in the same league. The pool was cleaned a few times in the 14 days we were their. The hotel is designed for people to stay a few days for a city type visit and not a holiday of two weeks, this is more a fault of TUI. We did cope and enjoyed our holiday but will never stop again. Almost forgot, came back to the bar one evening and told we could not sit in certain seats as these had been reserved for members of the HM group! i asked was i not classed as a vip as i had paid to stay in the hotel, you could not make it up
