My friend and I chanced upon this hotel while in Mallorca. The location is close to the airport and just a few steps to the sea. There is a road/promenade to cross to get to the beach, with little motorised traffic but hundreds of bikes passing throughout the day. It's a great place for a stroll, and I felt safe while doing so. Our room was standard sized and clean. It did not have coffee/tea making faciities, however, I did see the front desk giving a kettle to someone who requested one. There is a safe in the room to use free of charge. Wi-fi, however, was not free, which I found very odd for a hotel of this calibre. The breakfast had a nice variety of options: several hot options (with one option being created personally if desired), good fruit selection, and lots of cold meats and cheeses. There was a bit of a change up daily with the hot options, which was good to see. We only had one evening meal in the hotel (on our last night), and I wish we'd had more. There was a very decent selection of food and the price was very reasonable. If you're going to partake of the evening meals, purchase them when you check in to save some money! The BEST part of the hotel was the incredibly wonderful staff. From the warm welcome we received to the helpfulness when we asked questions, nothing was too much. A special mention goes to Mateo in the restaurant, who greets you like an old friend and makes you feel like you're the most important person there. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
Hotel without children, very relaxed and clean. We had a very nice stay for 1 weel. Meals are perfect and cookes well ! Swiming (warm) pool inside, outside swimingpool was yet to cold. We had vieuw at the beach sea. You can walk allong the sea in the nice pavement. Everywhere nice vieuws.
The rooms were clean and spacious and the bathroom and double shower were super. There were two negatives however. Firstly, there was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, which to us is a disappointment as we enjoy our morning cup of tea in bed prior to going down to breakfast. To compound matters, the hotel, although claiming 4* status, does not have room service. So take your own travel kettle. Secondly, we had requested a double bed as we are a tactile couple. What we got in fact were two fully made up single beds pushed together with sheets tightly tucked in. A let down for our Valentine holiday. Breakfast was a continental buffet, geared mainly to the high German clientele, with plenty of fresh meats, cheeses, cereal and fruit. There was a plentiful supply of croissants and pain au chocolate. The evening meal at the restaurant was ok being buffet style, with sufficient choice to satisfy most tastes. The bar was a pleasant place for an evening drink, with outdoor tables for warmer nights. It also serves reasonably priced snacks in the afternoon as the hotel does not cater for lunches. For beach lovers the municipal beach opposite the hotel is fantastic. Travel into Palma town could not be easier. There is a bus stop outside the hotel with buses 15 and 25 serving the town. The number 15 is the stopping service and takes about half an hour, whereas number 25 is the express and takes half the time. Both buses charge a flat fare of 1.50 euros, which is very good value. Reception can advise timetables. The general ambience of the hotel was fine but due to the room issues would probably not stay there again.
Couldn't fault hotel although when booking through booking.com the only facilities is for bed & breakfast. Evening meal is available at €20 for buffet. Number 25 bus goes to palma old town worth a look
Modern hotel located at the beach. Seaside room offers great ocean view. Restaurant offers excellent breafast and dinner. Clean room. Friendly staff Bus stop right outside to Palma City (15 mins) Wifi is not included. There is no hotel parking.
We stayed here for a week over the Christmas period. Couldn't fault the hotel. Great service. Very clean. wonderful meal on Christmas Eve. Great value for money. Really comfortable beds The only downside for us. Ten brits to two hundred Germans. Although this was a great holiday I wouldn't go back because of that. If I had known this fact before we traveled I would not have gone.
We went to this hotel for a short Xmas break, arriving on the 23rd December until 27th Dec, our first impression on arrival was it was a very smart looking hotel and seemed very quiet, the check in was easy with the reception staff very good, we booked a room safe which was well priced at 3 euro's a night with a 3 euro deposit, we were allocated room 140 which was on the 1st floor overlooking the pool, the room itself was lovely, plenty of storage space, twin beds, TV, a fridge (which was stocked), the bathroom was clean with the normal stuff but a massive shower rather than a bath which we found much better, outside there was a patio area with a couple of chairs with a table and then in front of that a couple of sun beds on an area which overlooked the pool, unfortunately due to the time of year this part of the hotel didn't get any sun during the day. The bar area is at the front of the hotel facing the beach and is light & airy, we found the prices at the bar generally very good and the staff were always on hand to serve you, this was generally table service unless you were actually sat at the bar. The food was normal hotel food with a few nice twists, breakfast you had all the normal fare hot food, pancakes, pastries, cold meats etc. & also Cava, the evening meal we thought wasn't as good but this may have been down to the times as while we were there the evening meal was between 18.00 & 20.30 which was for us a bit early especially if you had eaten at lunch time. There was a Gala meal on Xmas Eve which I will admit was excellent, you started off with Cava & canapés in the hotel lobby before going through to the dining room to be seated at your table and then a lovely 6 course meal all waiter served with free wine/beer & Cava. The hotel itself is on the seafront and we found it a very relaxing & quiet hotel all the staff were good and helpful but I would like to point out that the whole area is mainly aimed for the German market so if you want to me surrounded by British bars & recognisable accents then the area isn't for you but if you want a decent Adult Only hotel and somewhere for a short break then I would recommend this place. All in all it is a great hotel in a fantastic position ideal if you want to get away for a while to relax, would we go back again? Yes, infact my other half wanted to go back for New Years Eve, we will go again hopefully later in 2017
I want to leave a fair review, so I will start with the positives: This hotel looks nice and the staff were friendly and helpful. It's right on the beach, which is huge, so a great location. There's a bar with plenty of seating, and a great range of drinks, all at a very reasonable price. Also, overlooking the beaches However, I found more negatives, the rooms are cheaply furnished, we booked a double bed room and it was two twin beds pushed together. The bathroom doesn't have a door, it has a sliding panel of glass, and from the bed you can see your partner sitting on the loo through the gap! Luckily we've been together 3 years or that would be have awkward! Despite visiting at a quiet time of year, and guest being mainly older visitors, the hotel was very noisy. To a point we called reception for the first time in our lives to make a noise complaints after hours of trying to sleep because we were able to hear every word, noise and movement around us. However this didn't make a difference as they didn't do anything With most guests being German, it was hard to find English channels, except the news. Not a huge deal, but an easy comfort to offer guests surely, with 1 English Channel vs 30 German channels. And food was very much to German taste. Breakfast was great, with a huge selection and all tasty. However, the €20 buffet was disappointing, with the only meat being pork and the rest just carbs. Plus beware, as you have to pay for drinks, even water! If you are visiting in the heat of summer and not planning to sleep much, and just want to be near the beach, this is the hotel for you
We stayed from Friday evening to Monday afternoon, mid November 2016. Our plane landed just before 9.00pm and we arrived at our hotel by about 9.30 pm. The hotel is a short distance from Palma airport and local buses run frequently door to door. Cost is 1.5 Euros for a single trip. We actually took a taxi at 26.40 Euros return as this was our first time in Majorca and we were arriving late. We were pleasantly surprised to find a nice buffet laid out for late arrivals. The evening entertainment was just finishing. We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is so close to the lovely sandy beach and the promenade is full of nice shops as well as the usual beach shops. The food was plentiful, varied and good quality. Prices in the lounge bar were very reasonable. The entertainment was what you would expect off season. We thought the performers were very good. Our room was clean, comfortable and of a good size. We had twin beds; I was informed that this is a preference of the mainly German customers. I believe we were the only British couple. The swimming pools were lovely as well, but we swam in the sea.
Went here last year and my staying was awesome. Very good services, very good staff, the food is also very good. The hotel is right next to the beach. Next year when i will go to mallorca i will stay here one more time,
