A perfectly adequate 3* hotel .. like a lot of other reviews shower tiny and flooded the bathroom every time tried to have a shower.. food was a bit samey but was expecting that. Having to go to other hotel for Lunch was a bit of a pain and for the snack bar as well but little one was happy with the pizza and chips. Arrrived at start of season so little in the way of entertainment for little one but the animation team were out and about most days with different sports etc for the older ones . Santa ponds itself absolutely lovely .. beach no more than 5 mins away and children’s play parks a few roads up :) Wasn’t a bad holiday , just had to make the best of what we had .. wouldn’t necessarily stay there again .

Booked as a late deal with Thomas Cook. After having read the negative reviews I wasn't expecting a great trip. However I was pleasantly surprised . Very efficient check in and pleasant staff. Adequate room. Yes the bathroom was small but it was not a problem . Beds comfy too. There was no problem with the food . A good choice if somewhat repetitive but that is always the case with all inclusive - they have something for everyone each meal time. The restaurant staff were pleasant and efficient serving drinks. There was even a microwave for those who prefer their meal a little warmer. Lunch is provided by the sister hotel over the road and again we had no complaints. Pools nice and clean. The evening entertainment was not good / bingo seemed to be the main thing. However my partner and I visited some local bars along the sea which were lovely and easily reached on foot. The only problem we found was that we couldn't get a drink at the sister hotel In the evening and don't understand what difference this would make when we were all inclusive . All in all a decent hotel and good value for money .

just back from being away a week and they gave our room away due to late arrival, place stank and the food was not edible cold and not cooked properly, no entertainment nothing, we had to go to another hotel for lunch and snack's again cold and not edible, same food every day, place is a joke and we didn't get what we paid for, had to eat out every day and bed was uncomfortable nothing was good in this hotel, for what we paid was expecting better, this hotel was recommended by Darren who work's for thomson and that's the 2nd time we have been let down by him with his bad choice

I stayed at this hotel with my group. A brass band from Oslo, Norway. We had to concerts to play. One on the beach on the north side of Palma and one in the church San Nicolau. Close to Palma Cathedral. Both concerts were fantastic. Although the hotel and Santa Ponza is south of Palma it worked very well. The hotel is a 3* rating. But I have to say it felt better. The rooms are basic. But very well equipped. AC works very well. Bathroom has all you need. And the rooms are cleaned to a very good standard. The WiFi connection is very good. But it’s not free. The dining area was well laid out and lots of natural light. With very good lighting in the evenings. The food to be honest, is 3* food options. But I and my group where satisfied with the quality and choices. The location is excellent. Supermarket next door, shops, cafes and bars very close also. The beach is also a short walk. All in all a very nice experience and stay. The hotel manager Luis allowed the band to practice in the bar and Salon area. So big thank you to him. And the other hotel clients loved the extra entertainment.

Last minute weeks holiday all inclusive for £449 each. We had a great time, the weather was good, hotel was basic, clean friendly staff. Food was basic but there was always a choice of a few things. Only down side was that you had to go to the sister hotel accross the road for lunch. Beach wasn't even 5mins away all on the flat & not even 10mins to bars & night life. Would definitely go back again.

Santa ponsa lovely, weather lovely, hotel poor, food poor and cold, room, balcony and shower very small, entertainment very poor also. Staff do their best in a very tired hotel, myself my wife and some guests we met spent more time eating out even though we were all inclusive. Could not wait to get home and will not return to this hotel ,

The hotel is at best average, the rooms are fairly small but have good storage. The shower cubicle is extremely small and if you dropped anything the door would open if you tried to recover it. The food was very good and lots of choice. We were all inclusive the drinks were genOK and you could buy the real McCoy at a reduced rate should you need too.

We had 2 weeks here 12-26 Sept. Had the usual wait to get into our room and were put across to one of the sister hotels for lunch whilst we waited. Well that was the original cattle market. A lot of guests just pushing and shoving to get drinks and food. Don't know why as the food was bland, lukewarm and very very repetitive. After 14 days and nights, if we ever see another minced pork ball wrapped cabbage, it's too soon. Sometimes served for lunch and dinner! The room was smallish, but not as small as the bathroom, I've seen bigger downstairs loos. I understand we don't spend long in there but being able to have a shower without flooding the room isn't much to ask. The staff were mostly very friendly and everywhere kept clean. I didn't like the grassy sunlounge area as just plain muck in places. Not ideal with bare feet returning from a swim. The one thing I did like very much was the sangria on offer. It was lovely. Went very well with all the bread and cheese I ate. In conclusion, we won't be returning to any of the 3 Globales hotels in Santa Ponds.

Arrived at 11.30 am...room not ready til after 2. Room very small although it did have a double bed as requested. I had read many comments about the size of the showers so I was pleased to see mine was actually over a small...half a normal sized bath. Therefore no 'fighting' with dodgy doors, however, my friends were not so fortunate. I was in room 153 at the poolside but the tiny balcony looked on to a flat roof. Not the best view. The room was always cleaned well and fresh towels every day. Food was ok for me as I do like pasta but it was never very hot. Entertainment was ok. The animation team did their best. Bar staff were great. Sunbeds always available. Overall I would say the place needs to be renovated to a higher standard and a fridge in the room would have great.

Hotel reception very nice. Room very small and had carpet on floor...in Spain!!!!!! Bathroom very small approx 6 feet by 4.5 feet. Can't turn in very small shower close shower curtain and you can't bend down! Have had better furniture in Blackpool B&B. Food bland and tasteless one night we had turkey chops!!! New one on us chops from a turkey. If you wanted a snack during the day you had to cross road to sister hotel to get it, you could not get a drink as your all inclusive band can only be used in your own hotel. Had to go to sister hotel for lunch and what was available was on the menu for dinner at night!! Pool area very nice but rooms and food big let down. Rated a 3 star hotel!! Wouldn't rate it at that. Balcony very small and never got sun as at front of building. Would not return to this hotel or it's sister the Santa Ponsa Park cost just over £1200 for 2 of us for 7 nights.
