Stayed here in Feb 2018 for a short break with friends. Chose this hotel due to facilities and it didn't disappoint. Check in: We arrived early and receptionist was pleasant and efficient. She was also kind enough to allow us to our rooms early as it was ready for occupation. The hotel lobby is large and open, clean and well presented. Just outside is the onsite mini-market and bike rental stall. Unaware to us, there is also a self service laundrette. Rooms: We had a ground floor suite as there was three singletons; Twin beds and a sofa bed. Cable TV in both living room and bedroom with shared bathroom. There is also a terrace that leads straight out to the grounds. In room safe but there is a daily fee of 3 euros. Ironing facilities available but have to ask reception. I slept on the sofa bed and it was satisfactory, a little firm but not uncomfortable. However, could have done with an extra pillow as the only one was flat. Grounds: There is a kids splash pool, outdoor swimming pool that leads into an indoor swimming pool both of which are heated. On site spa facilities including steam room and sauna all of which are excellent. There is also a small gym featuring squat rack, running and bike machines and free weights although equipment is very old. Meals: Stayed on a half board basis and meals are very diverse so plenty of choices, both hot and cold including lots of vegetarian and vegan options. The only negative point I can pick out is that service can sometimes be hit and miss depending on which staff are on duty. This included morning coffee jugs not being provided or dinner plates not being cleared away within a reasonable time. However, most of the time it was very good. Amenities. We didn't really stick around for evening entertainment but not very much onsite or around the hotel due to the off season and location. There are local restaurants near the hotel on the high street and I would imagine them to be busy during high season. Additionally, the seafront with an amazing beach is about 10 mins walk away with the harbour and its restaurants open and accessible. However, I highly recommend renting a bike out and exploring the local area and cycle along the south eastern coastline, some amazing views to be had. Overall, if you are after a relaxing and chilled out stay, this is a recommended place to stay. The spa and pool facilities are great and during off season, geared towards adults.

Nice hotel. With good facilities, drawback was the buffet food. They were catering for large numbers, and it was a shame that the food was very predictable for buffet style. Expected more quality on the food, but the overall hotel was clean well maintained, if a little dated in our room.

Lovely hotel. Great facilities and the buffet restaurant is excellent with great food, great value. Very good entertainment also each evening. Rooms a little basic (add tea/coffee, and irons etc.), plus no English language tv channels in our room. Very very small bedroom too. However, the rates for February were unbelievably low, amazing value for money. Staff generally very good but please teach your reception staff to serve people in order.

I found some cheap flights to Majorca over the February half term, and began looking for a hotel. This one came up, and it looked to fit the bill. Highly rated on reviews, good range of facilities, nice area, suitable for children. I can happily say that this hotel scores highly in all of the above! About the hotel: The hotel complex is large, modern, clean, well situated, and the facilities are many, and well maintained. There are numerous pools, outdoor and indoor, although we only used the indoor due to the February weather! There are tennis courts, a kids park, a gym, and a spa (sauna, steam room etc). There are also loads of daily activities organised by the hotel for kids and adults. We found the kids club especially good (Blaudiland it’s called) and there were activities everyday - morning, afternoon, and evening. The staff were very good, and catered for children of all nationalities (the staff speak English, Spanish, German, French and Italian!) We were half board so we ate mostly at the hotel, and the food was very good. The food in the restaurant was catered (in my opinion) mainly towards the German guests, as there were mostly Germans there, but this wasn’t an issue as there was plenty of choice, and the service was very good. You’ll be assigned a table in the restaurant, and then use the same one all week. Breakfast was a particular favourite of mine! We also enjoyed our evenings in the lounge bar, watching the various singers and events (I got a full house at bingo one evening!) and the service by the staff (especially Rodrigo) was very good. All in all, we enjoyed our stay very much, and my only gripe was that the weather wasn’t great, but as it was February, I guess it was to be expected, and at least it wasn’t snowing! We paid £600 for 3 of us, which I thought was reasonable, but I think it would be treble this price in season due to quality of this hotel, and facilities on offer. (To get the hotel, we hired a car from the airport, as there was no transfer due to it being out of season. This turned out to be a lifesaver, as it enabled us to travel around the east and south coast of Majorca, visiting different places.)

Have been to this hotel a few times and, although the rooms have seen better days, we will keep going back. For the price, you get very good quality food and really friendly service. This place is ideal for anyone, whether couples, families with kids or large groups.

Colonia Sant Jordi is a lovely place, where one can still get a sense of a local culture in this small village. The hotel is good although our room smelled a bit funny (it was the beginning of the season and maybe over the winter the rooms get a bad smell). We had a family junior suite on the ground floor, the pool is heated and the restaurant pretty good.

This was a last minute birthday break for my other half, so I requested a nice room . I must thank the hotel for fulfilling this request as we had a lovely terrace and separate lounge area. It was situated close to the pool and restaurant area but was lovely and quiet. Food was great. We were on half board and were very pleasantly surprised at how reasonable prices for drinks were. The hotel is spotlessly clean. Fabulous pool areas and spa is beautiful. Gardens are lovely. There's a separate pool for the kids. The hotel is about 10 mins walk from the beach. There are some stunning coastal walks all around the coast and a lovely harbour area. Plenty of nice bars and restaurants. We were only there for 4 nights but intend on coming back to enjoy hotel and area more.

Lovely Welcome in several languages with pretty nice Garden, huge Buffet for Breakfast and Dinner with high Quality of Food, nice spa and Fitness Club, Very Beautiful Garden and Pools, good massage, well dedicated die Kids with kidsclub, Kids Disco etc.

We were very impressed with this hotel. Straightaway from arriving in the lobby we were greeted by friendly reception staff (and it was late at night), who were very helpful and even offered us cold buffet food if we hadn't eaten. The hotel reminded us of an African lodge in appearance, all of the communal areas were superbly clean and the landscaped gardens were well maintained. There were multiple accommodation blocks around the hotel grounds, we were located in block B which was well placed near the reception, pool area and bar. The room was clean and tidy, slightly disappointing that it had two twin beds despite booking a double room. The decor was a tad dated but this didn't really bother us. We thought it was a bit bizarre that you paid £17 for the safe and a £3 deposit, in other hotels it would normally just be a deposit. The jewel in the crown of this hotel were the sports facilities - there were numerous Tennis courts and astroturf football pitch / volleyball area. We used on a daily basis the amazing pool area and spa which were very impressive. An indoor pool flowed onto an outdoor pool which was well located away from the Children's pool and therefore was very peaceful. The relaxing spa facilities consisted of 3 jacuzzi's, a ice cold plunge pool, a therapeutic pool with various jets and 2 steam rooms, 2 saunas and a solarium. The facilities were cleaned daily and no children were allowed in the area with steam rooms and saunas. We had a half board stay and this worked really well for us. Breakfast was served between 8am - 10.30am and there was a wide variety of food. For dinner there were two seatings, one at 6.30pm - 8pm and one at 8.30pm - 10pm. We normally had dinner at 8:30pm as it had less children around, and meant we didn't have to rush. The lounge bar in the hotel was a wonderful place to relax after dinner or before we went back to the room for the evening. One of our personal favourites was one evening they had a very talented piano player, and we listened to him for 1.5 hours while enjoying cocktails. The Hotel is settled within a wonderfully quiet and relaxed resort. Nice views of salt flats from the front of the hotel, a short 10 min walk to a peaceful beach with beautifully clear water. It was easy to walk from the hotel to local bars and restaurants. We recommend 5illies for amazing cocktails and tapas. We also enjoyed Sangria and live Jazz music at Bieda Bistro. We really rate this hotel and area as it is so peaceful and relaxing and would come back again.

My sister in law was desperate for a holiday and some sunshine, we were given the task of persuading my brother to come for a week, he hates flying. When we persuaded him we were then given the task of booking flight gets and accommodation..... no pressure !! We booked this hotel and it was fantastic... they LOVED it, food terrific, staff excellent, room was upgraded to a suite, how much better could it get ? Well through in great weather, and us showing them the island which they loved, and I’m sure they will return ...thank you Blau Colonia !
