We loved Malcesine and the location of the apartment was spot on. There was an unpleasant toilet smell in the double bedroom and we didn’t receive any response to the email we sent regarding this.

Perfect - great flat, in the heart of Malcesine. Ice cream, bars, restaurants just around the corner, easy handling with parking. Our sons did a sailing course nearby and they could quickly get there by bike

Beautiful Location but Loud Environment

The place is clean and neat, but does not come with basic things you normally find in VRBO stays. No paper towels, coffee, ect. Beautiful views, but if you plan to sleep, this is not the place. There is no A/C in this apartment, so you have to leave all the windows open to try to catch a breeze to stay somewhat cool. The Ferry starts very early, and it's extremely loud. We had people partying right outside our window until 4:00am, popping beers and carrying on. If sleep isn't your forte, it's a really nice place.

The apartment was fantastic. Great location in the heart of the town, amazing views of the lake… but the management company was disappointing. They did the bare minimum, and were not especially concerned about providing good customer service. The wifi did not work during our stay, and their office is closed on the weekends. So we had no support for days, until they got around to responding. Then once we did hear back they were quick to point out that there is a clause in the agreement saying they are not liable for internet, so they did little to help fix the issue. We had a wonderful time in Malcesine, but I would be reluctant to stay here again because of the bad experience with the management company.

Eine ganz tolle Unterkunft mit traumhaften Blick. Die FeWo liegt direkt am Hafen. Abends und früh morgens ab und zu etwas lauter durch Glasentsorgung der Barbesitzer (abends) oder frühes Fegen und Herrichten der Cafés ringsum. Das war für uns aber nicht allzu schlimm und hat unseren Aufenthalt in dieser tollen Unterkunft nicht geschmälert.Dass der gesamte Check-in und Check-out über einen Schlüsseltresor stattfindet, fanden wir etwas schade und unpersönlich.

Das Apartment liegt sehr schön in der malerischen Altstadt, direkt am alten Hafen mit tollem Blick auf den See aus jedem Raum. Es ist schön renoviert und passt gut für 4 Personen. Schöne Restaurants, Eiscafés, Bootsanlegestellen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten liegen in fußläufiger Entfernung.Nachteile: Das Haus liegt in der Fußgängerzone, man kann es mit dem Gepäck nicht direkt anfahren und die kostenpflichtigen Parkmöglichkeiten liegen ein gutes Stück entfernt. Die angegebene vergünstigte Parkmöglichkeit im Parkhaus wurde nach der Buchung gestrichen, was Zusatzkosten verursacht hat.Die umliegenden Restaurants entsorgen spätabends laut klirrend ihr Altglas in die entsprechenden Tonnen, die Müllabfuhr holt diese am frühen Morgen ebenfalls laut klirrend ab.Leider gibt es keinen direkten Kontakt zum Vermieter/ zur Agentur – Schlüssel müssen aus einer Box am Parkhaus abgeholt und hinterlassen werden, Rückfragen laufen mehr schlecht als recht über das Buchungsportal, irgendwann erfolgte von dort keine Rückmeldung mehr…

Die Wohnung hat ein neu renoviertes Bad, liegt im 2. OG (kein Lift), sehr schön eingerichtet, direkt am Anlegeplatz des Fährschiffs, direkt in der Fussgängerzone. Einziger Nachteil ist, das das Auto überhalb der Hauptstraße geparkt werden muss, ca 400-500m entfernt, dort gehts steil bergauf...

Tolle Wohnung direkt am Hafen

Wir haben uns kurzfristig entschlossen Ende Oktober einen kleinen Urlaub am Gardasee zu planen. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man für einen kleinen Urlaub braucht und liegt sehr zentral und malerisch am Hafen. Ein toller Blick direkt auf den Gardasee und einen schönen Balkon zum verweilen. Die Wohnung war sauber, Betten alle bequem, Küche modern und alles vorhanden. Der Check-In hat problemlos funktioniert. Es gibt einen einen Hausmeister, der den Schlüssel übergibt und auch Ansprechpartner ist. Minimale Schwachpunkte. Duschkopf in der Dusche sollte mal ausgetauscht werden und das Warmwasser ging nicht immer. Vielleicht mal die Therme checken. Zum Ort. Malcesine liegt malerisch und in der direkten Umgebung liegen eine Vielzahl von Restaurants und Cafés. Euro-Spar ca. 5 min zu Fuss. Vorteil eigener Parkplatz im Parkhaus ca. 5 min. zu Fuss. (Aufpreis). Aber vor allem in der Hauptsaison ein muss, es war Ende Oktober immer noch viel los. Achtung die Wohnung ist nicht direkt mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder buchen!

Good location, beautiful view from the apartment!

Beautiful clean apartment, with excellent view to the lake .. Situated in Prime Location.. Having few items in the apartment, like a bottle of milk n some teabags, sugar, salt just some basic items to start us off..would have helped!

Modern und zentral

Sehr schönes Objekt im 2.OG direkt am Hafen. Von jedem Fenster hat man Blick auf den See. Wohnung ist gepflegt, wohl vor nicht langer Zeit renoviert. In direkter Umgebung sind Cafes, Restaurants, Läden und auch die Bootsanlegestelle. Schlüsselübergabe mit dem freundlichen Hausmeister hat problemlos funktioniert.
