Malcesine is famous for its winds that blow with a certain constancy, vary from area to area and in intensity from morning to afternoon; they are ideal for both those who want to learn and for those who want to improve or train. Many internationally renowned athletes come to train or live on Lake Garda.



Sailing, surfing and kite schools are available for you to enjoy these winds and the Malcesine Sailing Club welcomes from beginners to the most experienced sailors.



Furthermore, from Malcesine the cable car departs towards Monte Baldo which "flies" in a few minutes up to almost 1800 meters in altitude, with its rotating cabins capable of always arousing new emotions. Sauber, geräumig offen

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Klimaanlagen sind 2 vorhanden. Allerdings nicht im kleinen Zimmer was wir als großes Manko bezeichnen da wir 5 Personen waren. Türe zu, undenkbar leider. Mit offenen Türen war die Hitze jedoch gut auszuhalten und die Anlagen machten Ihren Job sehr gut. Einrichtung und Geschirr + Geschirrspüler ausreichend vorhanden. Der Herd macht zicken mit der großen Pfanne. Lieber die kleinen nutzen. Platz ist mehr als ausreichend. Der Balkon hat eine wunderbare Aussicht auf den Gardasee. Liegen und ein sehr sauberer Pool ist vorhanden was wir als willkommene Abwechslung zum Badesee gerne nutzten. Am See ist man zu Fuß in 5 Minuten. Ein kurzer Abstecher zum See, jederzeit machbar. Ein kurzer Anruf beim Anbieter oder per WhatsApp ist sehr schnell. Antworten unter 3 Minuten waren garantiert. Wir mussten es 2x nutzen und wurden Print bedient. Sehr gut. Wir würden hier gerne wiederkommen. Allerdings ist man auf das Auto angewiesen da die Läden doch etwas weiter weg waren. Mit dem Auto 5-8 Minuten fahren ist leider notwendig um einen DeSpar zu erreichen. Hat man das drin, ist ein ruhiger mit herrlichem Panoramaurlaub durchaus drin. Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Vielen Dank

Schöne Wohnung mit tollem Blick auf Gardasee

Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und wirkt noch sehr neu. Allerdings fehlen Haken und Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad. Da müsste noch nachgebessert werden. Auch eine Garderobe mit Spiegel wäre nicht schlecht. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung super. Tolle Lage am Hang, nicht weit zu einer Badestelle, ein gutes Restaurant ist auch nicht weit. Zur Ortsmitte von Malcesine sind es knapp 4 km, dorthin kann man gut zu Fuß am See entlang spazieren. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen!

Eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf den See und die Anlage. Schöner großer Balkon, ruhige Anlage ( Anfang September).Besteck und Geschirr ausreichend vorhanden. Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Ein paar Hacken zum aufhängen und eventuell einen kleinen Staubsauger.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung. Zunächst mal ist die Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gepflegt. Das Highlight ist natürlich der Balkon mit Seeblick. Alles in allem war das einer der schönsten Urlaube, die wir hatten (Wir waren bereits das 6. Mal am Gardasee). Ein bisschen mehr Stauraum und Hacken zum Aufhängen im Bad.

Alles was wir brauchten und das nah zu Malcesine und Cassone

Die Wohnung ist in einem sauberen Wohnpark mit Pool. Am Ufer ist ein schmaler aber schöner Kiesstrand, den man einen Fußweg der Wohnanlage oder die Sackgasse entlang in 70m erreicht hat. Liegen stehen auf der Terrasse bereit. Der Raum mit Küche, Essplatz und Wohnzimmer ist groß genug für 4 Personen. Ebenso der Tisch auf dem Balkon mit toller Sicht auf den Gardasee. Das Bad ist ordentlich. Die Schlafzimmer klein aber mit gemütlichen Betten. Wir sind begeistert und kommen bestimmt wieder.

We had a wonderful stay!

Our arrival was very easy since they reached out to us ahead of time with directions and plans for meeting to provide the keys. When we got off our bus at the wrong stop, they picked us up to transport one of us and all our luggage (that's why there was only room for one) to the apartment, which is in a lovely setting. The only reason we are giving the location only 3 stars is that the distance to Malcesine, where we spent most of our time, is a little far and there is not much nearby in the way of cafes or shopping for necessities. It would be best if you have a car so the distances would not be a concern at all. Our only other concerns are that there is not enough hot water for more than two showers so the third in our party did not have enough. Also, the shower floor can be very slippery and their could be a mat there for safety. The location is beautiful and the views of Lake Garda and the mountains are fantastic. We spent a lot of time on the balcony.

Sehr schönes Appartement mit moderner Ausstattung.

Tolle Lage, gute moderne Ausstattung, schöner Ausblick, tolle Dusche, reibungsloser Kontakt und Service, alles sehr sauber und im ganzen sind wir sehr zufrieden. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Betten sind schon sehr hart, vielleicht ein etwas weicherer Topper auf den Matratzen oder der gleichen, dann wäre es perfekt. Sicherlich nimmt das jeder anders war, aber wir 4 Personen fanden sie alle ziemlich hart. Ansonsten wäre ein weiterer Spiegel z.b. im Schlafzimmer optimal. Das sind aber nur kleine Anmerkungen in einer ansonsten wirklich tollen Wohnung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
