Hotel after arriving the hotel has a different taste than on the photos however the rooms are clean. We took a twin room with the kids which met our expectation. Europcar use the same garage as the hotel so it is easy to park when you rent a car from this company in the shopping mall next to the hotel.
Great hotel and staff were first class and extremely helpful when we walked in looking for a room due to flight cancellation even though they only had a room for one night they looked on the internet for us to find a room for our second night and found us one near the airport and allowed us to book room on their computer. First class service great rooms and breakfast great.
A modern, fancy and clean hotel. They had a nice breakfast buffé for 9€. Friendly receptionists. Plus the biggest bed we've ever slept in! The location was good too, easy and short walk to the beach. Will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Malaga.
have stayed a couple of times in the past and its a really great hotel, although we use it as a stop over from our flight before travelling further down the coast. Its not suitable as a beach hotel being a bit too far for a daily trek down to the beach and back. being right opposite the train station it is perfect for our needs. The rooms are very clean and comfortable with very good wifi in the rooms, Now this time i did find a long hair in the bath but i could see everything had been cleaned and as ive stayed here before and never had a problem i assumed it was from the cleaner. Beds are very comfortable breakfast is well cooked with plenty of choice. I recommend the hotel and will stay here again
Travelled to Malaga and stayed at this hotel for a week. It was an enjoyable stay with very little to complain about. However, let me start with the negatives. On arrival, at the hotel, it was fairly late. However, it took a while for us to check in as there was only one person on the desk. The whole process seemed to be quite lengthy. Nonetheless, once in the room we were pleasantly surprised. The room and bathroom were spacious, clean, well presented and simple. The only complaint with the bathroom was the cheap toilet paper and the shower. The shower was powerful but the glass screen was positioned at the end where the shower head was, leaving a gap the other end. The space to shower in was awkward to manoeuvre in, particularly as there was enough space to have a comfortable shower if the head was positioned differently. This meant that the floor would be frequently soaked. The room had a large TV, one of the biggest I’ve seen in a hotel. There was plenty of seating, with a free safe. There was a fridge with drinks but this proved to be too expensive. As seems to be customary these days, there was no iron or ironing board and we had to request this. We had travelled with a baby and a travel cot was provided. The view from the hotel was not spectacular but we were facing the back of the hotel so overlooked a courtyard. The cleaning could have been better and tea facilities were poor as they were not often replaced. We often had to go to reception to collect extra sugar and ended up buying a small box of teabags. Quite often the cups were not replaced although they had been used. Excellent WIFI Breakfast was quite expensive at 14 Euros per person and the choice was quite limited. There was very little fruit, no yoghurt and not much else if you didn’t want the limited fried option. We had room service one evening and the meal was first class. No complaints. The hotel was close to the train station, metro, bus and coach station, all of which we used. We were so impressed with the train and metro which were super clean. All in all the hotel was great. I would definitely stay again, but would say with the limited menu both for breakfast and the evening meal, that it was not suitable for children.
Booked this hotel because we had an early rail journey the next day. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean, big bed, great walk-in shower and lovely toiletries. The check-in was good, we had half-board and I should have realised there may be a problem when the receptionist said,'do you really want to eat here?' We were behind a tour party and the buffet table looked as though it had been ransacked, with very little left, the restaurant staff also seemed a bit haughty/ rude and the food was poor. It was quite warm and I was looking forward to sitting out on the terrace, as depicted in the hotels photos, but the table and chairs were all stacked up, neither was there a roof terrace, Very disappointing for a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was OK, much better than dinner, lots of choice on offer. Wi-Fi was free and good.
We chose this hotel for its location close to the train station. A nice hotel, fresh and new. Parking in the basement. 6th floor rooms have large open terrace joining the room. Business like with little charm which suited us!
We had a 7:30am flight out of Malaga Airport and were coming in the previous evening on a bus from Granada so this was a perfect choice for us being right across the station. It is a modern, business oriented hotel and the room was well furnished with comfortable beds. The neighborhood on the other side of the station is a bit sketchy as we discovered when we took a walk to the nearest beach. Also, this was the only hotel during our stay in Spain that had a full reception area instead of a single desk staffed by one clerk and with 24x7 housekeeping!
Nice clean and spacious room, with an excellent bed! Good breakfast and the food in the restaurant is very tasty too. Only a short stroll to the centre (20 minutes). The staff are professional and attentive. Thanks!
Stayed here for 4 nights, good location right next to bus and train station, easy friendly check in, good sized room, clean and comfortable, free safe; wi-fi; tea and coffee; toiletries, decent hairdryer; air con worked well, supermarket just in front of Hotel, would stay again
