Beautifully restored old classic hotel in great location across from the beach
Everything was amazing.
Beautiful property as you drive up to the front. Although located across the street from the beach, the area surrounding the property was not very nice...staff was extremely helpful from arrival to check in. Outstanding concierge staff helping with restaurant recommendations, reservation, and scheduling transportation.
We enjoyed our stay at the Gran Hotel Miramar, especially the fitness classes that they offered every morning by the swimming pool area with the trainer Raquel. She did an amazing job keeping us in good shape during these wonderful days in Spain.

We picked your hotel to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and although a beautiful hotel, we picked the wrong hotel to create these memories. Pablo greeted us with a big smile and it started off great but went downhill from there with a room beside the elevator, looking at a roof peak, no acknowledgement during our whole stay of our big event. We certainly felt like second, actually last, class guest while watching others being escorted to their breakfast table and us being pointed to where to go. Others being given a little piece of cake and candle to acknowledge their birthday and us not even provided with an unprompted congrats or otherwise. We had booked our celebratory dinner in the hotel with breakfast again the next morning but after a day of feeling less than special, we cancel both. We assume you saw we booked with points accumulated while not traveling during the pandemic and that set the tone for the level of service you would provide. A lot of people will give you great ratings and we may have done so as well if this was just a typical trip but with it being a once in a lifetime event and you not even bothering to make one tiny tiny gesture to acknowledge it, we picked the wrong hotel.
