Very friendly staff. The AC is controlled by the hotel and it's not possible to control it. The heat is on and the only way to get it to cool down is by opening the window, but the noise on the street won't let you sleep.

The check-in was great! They provided all needed information and very friendly. When checking out, it was kind of so so.
