Not worth the money

We paid around 150 Euros a night, but it was porbably worth aboput 100E a night. For that price we were expecting more than a basic place. The listing says 2 bedrooms, but the second bedroom is the living room. The living room/Bedroom is a converted conservatory, which has no sound proofing and must be very hot in the Summer. No shading on the (shabbyish) terrace. Two blinds, the washing machine and the Airconditioning remote broken. Dirty chairs, doors etc. The locaton was good though!

Perfect location - beach in view and short walk to port and city central. Very nice layout and view to the beach. Relatively quiet neighborhood and building. Good, comfortable mattress on the bed. Good water pressure. Very responsive & helpful property management. A little older apartment and furnishings. Kitchen under equipped with cooking utensils and some expected basics. Plan to eat out more than in. Overall a reasonable value for price. Thank you.
