Great location in a residential area

The location couldn't have been better. With in walking distance to incredible food places and also to the beach area. Yes, that is a hike but its all good! You are staying in apartment, you must adjust to families and noise.

Gut, aber nicht perfekt. Vorteile: Nähe zum Centro WLAN war immer verfügbar. Kochecke mit 2 Kochplatten, Microwelle, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine (mit Kapseln), Kühlschrank mit TK-Fach, Spülmittel vorhanden, sonstige Ausstattung für drei Personen. Waschmaschine mit integriertem Trockner im Bad. Dusche: Wasseremperatur und -druck gut. Schlafen: Bett war für mich sehr gut, es gibt eine große Bettdecke, aber ohne Bezug! Nur ein Bettlaken. Nachteile: Der Koch-, Ess- und Sitzbereich ist etwas dunkel. Sofa unbequem, sehr abgenutzt, das Kunstleder blätterte ab. An der Küchenzeile gibt es keine Steckdose. Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine müssen beim Esstisch eingesteckt werden (die Kabel sind kurz). Möbel alt, wackeln teils bedenklich. Fenster im Bad kann nicht geöffnet werden, kein anderen Abzug. Duschkopf hängt recht hoch, kann nicht verstellt werden. Nach dem Duschen leichte Überschwemmung (Putzmopp ist vorhanden). Obwohl nahe zum Centro liegt die Wohnung recht ruhig in einer kleinen Straße ohne Durchgangsverkehr. Man muss sich jedoch bewusst sein, dass die Wohnungen sehr hellhörig sind und nicht über eine Doppelverglasung Verfügung. Wer geräuschempfindlich ist und gerne früh schlafen geht, sollte vorsorgen oder sich eine andere Unterkunft suchen.
