The location is exceptional since it has quick access to unique spaces for walking and disconnecting such as the Paseo Marítimo, Muelle Uno or the Paseo del Parque. Also it is only a few steps away from tourist attractions such as the Pompidou Museum, Picasso Museum or La Alcazaba. As it is one of the best areas of the capital, you can find exclusive restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, shops and local shops very close to the house.



It is a fully functional apartment, quiet and with lots of natural light. Its open-plan layout leads to a spacious kitchen and a spacious living-dining area. This apartment has all the necessary utilities, appliances and offers the comfort to make you feel at home.

Well located apartment

The apartment was updated and lovely. Communication with Caleta Homes was wonderful. The property is within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We couldn’t have been happier with the rental!
