I stayed a night in duluxe suite,it was clean and super. If could done its could be better:- 1)Tv channel:- local chanel only. No astro. 2) No wifi at room 3) I called for extra pillow but at last no response.

My stay experience was soo terrible beyond words. The room was not as advertised photo at all. Dont be fooled by the room picture they uploaded. It only have very minor decoration, with few cheap ikea-like furnitures. The window curtains falls down with its railing still attached when i tried to slide it the first time. It nearly hit my head. The maintenance team took 40 minutes to drill the railing back to the wall. No change of room given. The uncarpeted floor was soo dusty my soles turned to black after few minutes walking around the unit. There was a ceiling fan, but it cant be use. The building is honestly not a hotel, its more to a serviced apartment with empty hallway. The unit that i stayed (deluxe twin) had a kitchen (empty), hall (small tv with few uninteresting channel, small couch, small coffee table), very small bathroom (fit for only 1 person), and a small bedroom with twin bed. Although its a twin bed, I was only supplied with 1 comforter and 1 pillow (What?) Because there was no direct line on the roomphone, I had to go to the receptionist to request it. There was another locked room inside my unit, i dont know what or who inside it, seem scary. Although they provided breakfast, there were limited breakfast table for the guests, that I had to stand in line to wait for 5-10 min until a table was available. As for the swimming pool, there was no shower provided at the pool area. They placed the shower INSIDE the smelly toilet stall. I dont know what to say..

Room was generally clean with a little stains here and there. I had to do some cleaning. Housekeeping is every alternate day if you don’t request at the reception. The downside is there is no WiFi in the apartments. Only available at the the lobby reception. Sheets are clean too.

The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Front-desk, house-keeping, breakfast area staff were diligent, cordial and sincere. In particular the chambermaid attended to our room. One undesirable issue was vehicle not allowed in the multi-story carpark but had to be left on roadside overnight. We enjoyed the 3 nights stay and would certainly be one of our top choices the next visit to Melaka. Keep it up.

The main issue is, if they could extend the internet WIFI to hotel room it will be great & I will choose this hotel again if I have plan to go to Melaka again in future. One more thing, please provide sofa with table or any furniture at lobby area as they provide WIFI at lobby area only.
