Kamar bau apek.begitu kMi masuk sprei dn bedcober sprtix sdh d gunakan, banyak noda.kamar mandi di salh satu kamar yg kami pesan sgt bau dan tdk bisa ipang baunya.sy request ke reception utk bersihkan kamar tp kamar kami smpe malam tidak d bersihkan dan sy sdh komplain. Fantastic location

The hotel was conveniently located, 2 minutes walk from Losari beach. Service was professional and friendly, and the hotel and rooms were well-appointed. Only things missing were a gym and swimming pool. The breakfast buffet had a wide range of food, and was excellent.

As good As we expected from ibis group

Will come back again although smelt someone smoked in the toilet from the other room and went to our shower room. Water to clean after toilet was also smell bad, and will affect you if you use water to clean after. But if you use tissue . No problem!
